I came here a couple weeks ago, purchased over $300 worth of items, and was still treated horrible. I got there about 40 minutes before closing I chose my items out we took a while at the cashier because it was a lot of items, I got 2 bracelets 4 charms and 2 of those charms were the pearl charm. After getting checked out something told me to check my bag, I did⦠and I had one of the pearls charms missing. At this point I was already outside the door but they had already locked the doors I was waving a the cashier who checked me out to open the door and pointed at my bag to try and signal that u was missing something and she nodded her head no that she wasnāt going to open it. After she seen me insist she rolled her eyes at me and walked to the door she didnāt let me in and just opened it the door a little bit, I told her I was missing a charm and when I was trying to show her the gift paper fell out the bag she laughed and said are you sure you didnāt drop it, and I said no. There wasnāt the correct amount of boxed in the bag. She then opened the door I went it and she was looking for it while trying to look for it I moved the little showing box and she said āI already checked thereā she had the ugliest attitude. The other employees started helping her look for it and heard her tell them that it was my fault because I had made her show me so many things which was a lie, I just asked her to see two different bracelets and the other time she brought out the wrong size so she had to go back. Anyways the other worker found the charm under her cashier she was acting so suspicious.. makes me wonder if she was trying to keep it for herself since she was being so defensive anyways she never apologized for the inconvenienced and I still told her thank you and she didnāt respond to me she was so rude, but the other worker apologized even though she was not the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to pick up an order. I go to their designated spot for pick up orders, they told me they donāt have separate line. (Why even have a sign up for one). Use my ID to pick up the order. The lady looked once said she couldnāt find it. Ask she asked for my receipt I showed her the email that they sent me saying that my order was ready, and she told me oh they usually donāt send emails for orders. She looked again and couldnāt find it. Then proceeded to interrupt the person next to her, that was helping somebody else, to ask if she could help her find it. She told her try looking through the other letters maybe it was miss placed. She finally thoroughly looked and found my order. If they canāt be organized and least attempt to actually look for orders. Iām curious to what she would have told me if she didnāt see my order. She didnāt even apologize for the inconvenience.
