VERY RUDE WAITRESS this place is a very bad place for kids, went in there Nov,28,2018 at 5 pm with my husband, daughter and dad, and the lady with glasses snatch the pink envelope sugars from my 3 year old daughters hands, I asked her why she did that? and she said ITS NASTY FOR KIDS TO TOUCH ON THE SUGARS OTHER CUSTOMERS SEE THAT AND THEY DONT LIKE THAT!!! I told her well the restaurant is dead right now, there’s nobody here but us and a customer at the bar area... SHE SAID I DONT CARE!!! I asked to speak to the manager and she said in a rude mean way WE DONT HAVE MANAGERS, I ask for the owner because I’ve see the both Asian owners there before and she said HE HARDLY COMES AROUND !!!! So I told the lady at the register we weren’t going to eat there and I also let her know the reason why and that we didn’t even got to drink our drinks THE CASHIER WOMAN WAS RUDE TOO!!! She said you will have to pay for the drinks I TOLD HER, SERIOUSLY AFTER WHAT THE RUDE WAY THAT WAITRESS SNATCH THE SUGARS FROM MY DAUGHTERS LITTLE HANDS AND THE WAY SHE RESPOND TO ME ALL CARELESS AND RUDE ??? No I’m never returning to that place and don’t recommend to anyone anymore !!! All waitress do is GOSSIP AND SEAT AROUND and when customers walked in like we did THEY ARE RUDE BECAUSE THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A MANAGER THERE !!!! Don’t recommend this place has the worst...

Been coming to this location since it opened! But today I asked the waitress for the Calamari special that was on the board! Which she answered no problem! When it was time to pay I was charged regular price and I informed the waitress, The waitress politely asked if I could speak to the manager as she looked scared to speak to the manager herself so I agreed! The Manager an asian lady refused to honor the special! Stating that that special never existed and ask me to show her which I did! She then stated that it must be old from months ago! And that I should have asked about the special before ordering which I did! I replied to her that being the manager or owner she should honor the special! THE MANAGER REPLIED: WE ARE NOT A FANCY RESTAURANT TO HONOR THAT PRICE! So according to this rude manager a restaurant must be fancy to honor a price that is posted on their restaurant wall! It’s not about the few dollars more I had to spend but how rude she was and her unwillingness to acknowledge any wrong doing! But worst of all claiming that humble restaurants are not...

Terrible service.

The restaurant was completely empty, me and my family were the first ones to enter the restaurant. Me and my other 3 relatives ordered the same thing but they had gave us the wrong order. We asked politely if they could change it. Only one of us got the food we had wanted. Me and my mother stayed waiting an hour and a half waiting for our food.

Along with that my grandpa also hadn’t gotten his food. Everyone around us was getting food rapidly and we were still waiting yet we were the first ones here? Me and my mom had finally gotten our food but my grandpa had ordered a large soup. They brought us a small cold soup.. ( he ordered it super hot ) We had asked if we could possibly have a discount due to all the problems we had. They didn’t give us any type of discount, they didn’t even give us an apology.

In conclusion they gave us the wrong order multiple times and it was cold.

Very rude owner to not apologize.

In the end they made us pay 100+ for the meal that wasn’t...
