Nice hidden gem in Pecan Park. I always passed by the red bus and never stopped. Well im glad I didm The food is amazing and fresh every time. It's hard to find good pupsas on this side of town and these guys hit it out of the park! My new go to spot for pupusas for sure. The birria tacodillas are also off the chanclas. Idk how to explain the masa they're made with but it's unlike anything I've ever had. Sort of like a chalupa texture, but not the tacobell kind. The food is great! I never find fat or hard/chunky parts in the chicken or been like in a lot of other food trucks. Good hefty tacos and quesadilla.
