Subway — Restaurant in Houston

I have not had a good meal or experience in this subway since the pandemic started. I go there from time to time to give in another chance, it’s always been a good place to go to. But recebtly, it’s had a 180. Things are always very rushed there’s ALWAYS only ONE worker on the line. Sometimes they don’t speak English, many time I’ve gotten drinks and it tastes terrible. They don’t clean out the drink station at all , carbonated drink are ALWAYS FLAT WARM . Other teas and drinks just taste SPOILED. Sandwich bread is hard, burnt. Last time they just threw it together. The workers are not rushed , they need more. PEOPLE ARE PAYING FOR spoiled, dirty food and we’re expected to believe they are following protocol. They are violating protocol in so many ways !!! That old lady that always have an attitude everytime I come here bit and my sandwich the last time I was there she turned around and spit on it and I asked her did you just spit on my sandwich and she looked at me with stupid ass face and I walked out this is ridiculous please fire her she hates her job she didn't need to be there he is that tall lady that looks like a bird and she always looks angry please fire her if you care about your customers and you want to be blessed more customer thank you...

Horrible experience. Ordered through the mobile app expecting the food to be ready as promised only to find out that they hadn’t even started the order. There were two workers there and only one other customer there at the time. One of the workers tried to explain that it was because they were really busy...wth?? Anyway, the least they could do is apologize when giving me the order, but the lady who handed me my order didn’t even say a word nor did she look me in the eye. Very immature to say...
