I came thru drive thru ordered 6 piece wings I pulled to window gave card to pay I got my card and food quickly I drove out the driveway started eating while riding my food was warm not fresh like I normally get them fresh and crispy hot I turned around took them back store manager was upset because I wanted them fresh.
So I waited while others came to complain excessive amount of time the cashier stated your still here I told her yes so she turned around and asked abt the order she started chit chatting to her saying she just have to wait
I told her I don't mind as long as there fresh
She gave me my order with 5 wings noticed when I got to the car so I walked back in the manager stated I give what you bring back
I bit one of the wings so she said that's how we do it brought the box back in with all the food and the wing I bit
She said that's the way yall do business I ask for napkins cashier gave me 2 napkins she told cashier she don't have the supplies to give away I told her I'm eating wings while delivering Popeyes to other Uber orders
I need something to wipe my hands she said she was short on supplies

Read moreBesides a single helpful employee who’s name I failed to get, both OLGA, who I assume is a manager based on the different color polo and her staff, were unhelpful, rude, and made a point to ignore me, even when the one helpful young employee pointed out I needed assistance. The issue? The employees lack of training and communication with me, the customer. When I tried to speak to someone inside regarding my 30 minute wait for some drive thru CHICKEN, a single employee bothered to acknowledge me even after vocally making them aware of my presence. Unfortunately, what I received was not fresh, and to make matters worse, there were only 9 pieces in the box. I attempted to call the location to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone — a major red flag. Additionally, I observed behavior from the manager that was completely unprofessional; he scratched his backside and then continued working at the register without sanitizing his hands. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and customer care.
I am requesting that this issue be addressed, and that proper training and hygiene standards be enforced at this location. I would also appreciate compensation for the missing item and the poor service.
