Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

Attended this morning, and ordered a crispy chicken salad with a large caramel iced coffee, I was not greeted at the speaker, the guy at the speaker had me repeat my self twice and still didn't get my order correct, when I went to the window he asked if I had the iced coffee only, when he had already asked me to repeat my self twice, clearly he didn't ring it up & clearly the food wasn't ready, he then proceeded & asked me to park and he would bring it out to me, I pulled up to the front & about 3-4 cars went through the drive thru & 3-4 people went inside the lobby and got orders taken, in the meantime they had me waiting for my food . Finally a lady brought my food, I went on about my day, because it was my lunch! I go to lunch and my salad doesn't even have bacon bites. When we first got to the Jack in the Box with no line, we were expecting a quick grab and go with our food. On the contrary, the lady at the window told us to pull up around the front into the parking lot, where we saw 5 other cars smushed into the tiny parking lot. After waiting about 10 minutes, we saw people leave their cars and go inside looking for their food, then come back out to their cars and wait. After another 3 minutes, the lady at the window came out, walking slower than a snail giving out bags of food to cars. After another 5 minutes, we were finally given our food. During those 10 minutes waiting for our food, we saw a "drunk" or "tipsy" man wobble his way into the estate, then leave right after. The service was absolutely horrible, the atmosphere was okay at most, and the food is fine. Not good, great, okay, or...
