I wish 0 stars were a thing after wasting my life at this location.
Came in here one night to pick up a single pepperoni pizza and a pack of brownies. There were a good amount of people waiting in the lobby area since the kitchen was extremely slow.
However, the cashier at the front was utterly useless. She talked to her friends that walked in before customers who were already waiting, and ignored a handful of customers waiting to order. She spent more time walking to the back of the kitchen and complaining to her co-worker than doing her job, and it was obvious she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing.
Her co-worker, the larger female, also did nothing. She sat on her phone in the back while customers were waiting for their orders, and when she did come to the front, only spoke to the cashier. She even tried to encourage her to stop taking orders (the restaurant stops taking orders at 8PM) since the restaurant was backed-up, but it was 7:42PM. Despite her complaining, she was not working at all.
The manager at this location was the only person doing some sort of work to help this establishment. He was preparing pizzas and trying to single-handedly fulfill the orders coming in. The second worker who was preparing pizzas was working at quite literally the pace of one pizza per hour. Is it really that difficult? Another thing, the manager did nothing but promote his staff's laziness. Never once did he reprimand his employees for slacking off (in plain view).
I have low expectations from Little Caesar's, but this location shocked me at how bad it is. It's amazing how much effort its employees will put into avoiding doing their jobs. It could not be any clearer that they hate their jobs, and I truly believe they do not deserve whatever pay they are getting.
Don't waste your time...
Read moreI had been calling this location all weekend and no one answered the phone. So today when I called around 6:47 pm and someone finally answered the phone I was shocked. First a man answered then a woman answered. The woman took my order and was very dismissive. I had to ask her when my pizza would be ready and I gave her my name. I asked her to repeat my order to me because she sounded young because her grammar was horrible and her tone suggested no prior customer service experience. So I get to the store and send my daughter in confident that my order should be ready since I waited an additional 15 minutes, because the store has a history of being slow. My daughter spends 5 minutes in the store only to come back out to tell me that I never called in an order. I go in to speak with a manager only to have the cashier tell the manager this lady up front wants to speak with you again with a tone devoid of any type of proper customer service training. The manager then states that he didn't take my order and then he calls a girl to the front who said she never took my order. I showed the manager my phone where it clearly shows that I spoke with someone. All he said was no one took your order. I asked to speak with the store/ franchise owner, but he refused to give me any information for the person. I asked whose name was on the certificates that were on the wall and he said that it was his. I hate the managers and the staff at this location. Needless to say I will now be going to Dominos. They try not to tell the actual owner about any bad customer service. BTW no one actual...
Read moreThe older woman working at the counter today around 1:20pm was so rude, she could not be bothered to answer any questions about their own machine, their own app, and started belittling me, telling me I don't know how to read and I need to learn to follow instructions. When I got my order out half of it was missing, she became more aggressive when I asked her for help getting the brownies and sauces that were missing to which she replied I should do it myself. I don't feel entitled to start reaching behind their counter to finish making the order they said would be ready anyways. As I am leaving the store the woman yells again to my back that I need to learn to read. At that point I had had enough disrespect, I had said all but a couple words to her the entire time she was berating me. So I snapped briefly, thats enough with the attitude. She told me never to come back. I never once did a thing to deserve the treatment she gave me today. Definitely seemed like she was taking out her bad day on her customers. If she talks like that to all the customers I wouldn't be surprised to see this location closed in a few years. Nobody wants to be around that kind...
