Jalapeno Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Houston

Today I bought breakfast tacos for teachers at my school to celebrate teacher appreciation week. I ordered over the phone, I've never ordered from this place before, sadly my regular breakfast taco stop closed. I was hoping this would be my new stop but unfortunately it won't happen. I told the lady on the phone that it was my first time ordering and asked for the tacos to be individually wrapped. They're easier to pass out at school. When I arrived to pick them up no one greeted me, they all looked at each other trying to see who would come to help. Then one lady with glasses came, and another lady with a black hat, short hair was next to her. I asked for my order and before paying and leaving I asked if the tacos were individually wrapped. The lady with the hat turn and with an UGLY attitude said, "la muchacha del telefono dijo que los queria de dos en dos en bolsa" I would have never asked for that due to how I would be passing them out at school. That lady had a horrible attitude like if it was my fault they didn't do it right. I didn't want to be confrontational because I was on my way to work and people were waiting in line, so I let it go. However it was not a good feeling to have someone you don't know speak to you that way mainly when then knew I was a new customer and I told them I was new when I arrived. I will not be going back to buy breakfast tacos for my school. Teachers asked about the place where I got them and I did not recommend it because of the service. Me and my husband n baby went to eat here for breakfast today because of the ratings n taco pictures on Google but the food was alright mostly everything needed sald nd they don't sell sweet tea , only unsweetened tea,but it was delicious !! tamales are extremely dry and rewarmed up, place is super small inside. Mexican rice is very different than the normal, enchiladas come in only cheese you have to pay extra to add meat. They have highchairs and booster seats, I loved my chalupa it was really tasty and loaded, w/ a delicious fried tortilla. Charged me $40 for 8 tacos when it should have been way less than that. Told the lady at the front about her mistake and she still wanted to make it seem like I was wrong. So after a lot of complaining she first just wanted to give $5 back instead of the $15. Then after some more arguing she forcefully gave me back $10 and was still rude about it.
