On 5/25/18 My family and some friend went to eat at this location it was 9:30 PM when we sat at our table and the waiter which it was a girl never said her name but we spoke to the supervisor about what happen she took our order we were 9 at our table and she took a long time to take our order and after she did everyone in our table got their food except me and my husband and my kids Iām very dissatisfied with the service we got this time she took our food after I had already told her it was 11:PM so about this time everyone else was done eating their food I spoke to the manager and she took the food back because at this point I didnāt want to eat there anymore she was very rude to me my daughter when I went to talk to the supervisor that she said a bad word to me this is really sad I never had this kind of treatment there and will definitely never go there again I told the manager that I was going to pay for our drinks and he said no that it was fine and when we left they still charge our drinks to them to our friends I payed them back for the drinks they were charge that I wanted to pay in the first place this was very bad service Iām very mad at this point because the server never apologized first she didnāt put our order in the other girl said and she never come back to even check on us I think she asume we didnāt speak English because she was speaking Spanish to us and we responded in Spanish for our orders she probably thought we were not going to said anything this actions are not acceptable specially when you are going to pay for your service if I donāt get any respond from the restaurant manager I will take this higher because I fell humiliated at this...

I have however eaten here several times over the last few years but after this visit, it will be my last. It was 10 on a Saturday night and the place was relatively empty - only two tables seated. The entire night our server took way too long for the most basic of tasks. You name it, we waited exceedingly long for it. We explained before ordering how we wanted the check split. He stopped several times in the middle of taking our order to do other things. Inattentive is putting it nicely. When we asked well after 11 if our food would be out shortly the response was āwell itās a big orderā. Once our food was brought out, it was cold and condiments were missing. By the time he brought them, people were done eating. We asked for the check (at this point there was only one other table there which appeared to be filled with his friends) and waiting an additional 20 minutes. Everything was on one tab. Itās now almost midnight and all patience has been lost. The server now says that because it was a large party it has to be on one check. I had to demand to speak to a manager multiple times before one came out. Once one did, she did not seem interested in hearing about the situation. She cut me off mid sentence but did split the check. You would think a business that appears to be slow on a busy night of the week would at least treat its customers well....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI work around the area so my employee and I swung by for our hour lunch. Let me start off with our waitress Bre her herself deserves 5 stars! I am the district Manager at my job and I offered her a job because she does not deserve working for a company that does not acknowledge and appreciates her excellent customer service especially her herself having management experience. However our drinks took minimum 30 mins after I brought it up to her attention to which she attempted to get the drinks but the bar tender was too busy flipping channels for the guys. Iām sorry maāam but we can tip good and that is why I tipped Bre good. Brought it up to the managerās attention she immediately tried to blame it on Bre after telling her at least 5 times it was not her fault. How did this manager address this? She decided to cut her hours and send her home while her and her bartender and another young waitress leaned over a half wall talking. Instead of walking around and supporting there staff by helping and seeing what they can do to speed up the process. Never again, horrible experience manager couldnāt even put a fake smile on. Bre, I look forward on seeing your application being submitted for potential Assistant...
