I came into the location on i-10 and Uvalde to shop for jeans, I saw a cute pair that I had wanted but I noticed alot of stains on the bottom of one of the pant legs, I asked the cashier about a little discount being that it was the last pair, and was told no, with the price being 30 bucks I thought that was crazy, who wants to spent 30 bucks on a pair of stained pants this is not the goodwill, they should have took them of the floor or atleast marked them down like other...

They had a $5 special for layaway. Went and asked the girl for their policy and all she said was that for every $100 it was $5 so I proceeded to shop for 1.5 hours carefully choosing only to find out at the end that you can only layaway certain things. What a waste of my time just because the girl couldn't...

nobody’s at the register to check out, the girl looks at me but didn’t come to check me out, rude! bad service and they don’t even say Hi to you or thank you, is something really important and I know because I work in customer service too… also fitting...
