La Fresca pizza — Restaurant in Houston

TLDR: Raw Dough and Bad Customer Experience We received our pizza 25 minutes past the expected delivery time the pizza dough was raw with only a small portion on the bottom cooked. I called to inform and was placed on hold while people argued about whose fault it was in the background. When someone did come on, I was told it was the manager pulled it out and I said it was still raw. I asked for a refund as the pizza was inedible. They stated that they couldn't, after some back-and-forth we were told they could do it if they were able to see the pizza. I asked how they expected me to do this. They were not able to give me a clear answer. The person kept claiming they couldn't give me a refund, after more back-and-forth they finally told me they weren't the manager and only the manager is able to give me a refund. Just walking in to the pizza place starts out my review nice, as the smell of the pizza is such a nice smell. After walking fully into the shop, you can pick up the pizza. The worker at the front desk is so nice and careful with my pepperoni pizza. After opening the pizza I check to see if there are any missing things. NONE! It was gorgeous and after taking the first bite I knew that I had to write a review. One thing I would wonder if you could add is an ice cream machine or any dessert. Parking is also very nice because there is a big parking lot in front of the store. This is the best pizzeria I have ever been to. My family has been eating here for years, now they have abruptly stopped delivering to our address. After calling and giving the number on the account and then seeing the history. I was placed on hold only for a man to come to the phone and say that we used to but won’t anymore. Apparently I’m .01 out of the range but we still receive mailers from them. The interaction was unprofessional and a terrible way to treat people in the community that is supporting your small business. We could easily order from a larger chain.
