Gail Reeves Park — Attraction in Houston

Nice equipment, but the elementary school uses it during the day on occasion, they over run the equipment and create an unsupervised atmosphere, which is not friendly to young children (under five).

In the afternoons, it is only used lightly, and occasionally I see childless adults hanging about, which strikes me as creepy. When there are other families, I have found that this play ground has much less social families. My children never have fun here accordingly. If it was not next to our house, we would never go.

Large neighborhood park with a ball field, basketball court, tennis court and a playground. There are also several picnic tables but no restroom facilities. The fields are not well maintained and were muddy and full of puddles the day after a light rain. Fine for the locals but I wouldn't travel...
