I go to little caesars sometimes. Mainly for the deep dish. I eat stuffed crust pizza hut often, and this is my go-to for something in the same category, but different taste. I came here to order. I greet the older lady at the counter, "Hi, how are you?" She didn't speak. She kept at her task, which was rolling an adhesive advertisement from the counter. I stood there patiently near her register until she finished. I am very patient and kind to people. About 1 minute later a guy came in to order, she spoke to him, asked him what he needed, and took his money from the right side of me, but rung it on the register where I was standing. I said "Hello, ma'am I've been standing here.." She didn't say anything. Just gave me a dirty look. I left the place and contacted the management. He called me, but didn't really say much, but "I'm sorry about that, do you want free pizza?" No. I do not want free pizza. I told him it would be better to have customer oriented people working there. He just kept apologizing, but didn't insist on making things better. It was a bad experience. I feel just because the place is in a 100% hispanic populated area doesn't mean you have to be rude to people of any other color. I live in an apartment complex in the area that is majority hispanic, I'm the only different race there and all of them are cool, except some of the old ladies. If i say "Hi of Goodmorning" to them, they look at you at the corner of their eyes with evilness. I'm not sure why. I'm friendly and kind to all people. I was very nice to that lady and for her to be that way with me. I decided not to go to a little caesars again. I stick with pizza hut of make my own pizza....
Read moreOrdered a pizza through their app, got there before it was ready. When I received the alert it was ready I seen them hand the pizzas I was supposed to get to another customer that just ordered. When I asked about my food they told me I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. The young man on the cash register was very disrespectful and the person he got that was in charge was not very helpful either. I stood there waiting for a while and watched the line of people that came in after me got their orders and then more came in and once 3 people that came in after they told me 15 to 20 minutes got their pizza I asked again and the young man was just smiling and ignoring me asking for the next customer. Thankfully the next customer seen that I was trying to get the employees attention and so he told the young man to deal with me first. I insisted either they give me the next pizzas coming out or gone me my money back. I still just smiled not saying anything and walked away. The the person on charge came up and handed me my pizzas. I feel some compensation should have been in order for their mistake but I guess this store is just doesn't care for their customers. Horrible service, horrible attitudes...
Read moreTo begin, they're incredibly understaffed. Perhaps if mgmt would pay a decent wage they could retain some employees.
Secondly, the older lady who was primarily running the counter seemed to barely be able to understand me. I'm not one of those "Speak American" idiots, but some fluency should be had when dealing with non bilingual customers. After my hour wait I found out she somehow heard "cheese pizza" instead of extra most bestest, which is what I ordered.
Third, waiting an hour in that tiny room being blasted by heat from the full windows (a greenhouse essentially) is miserable. Every customer was sweating profusely. You wouldn't have a business without your customers, so maybe provide even a plug in fan for a modicum of relief.
Next, the cashier who took my money and added on my sauces and drink seemed like she did not know the POS at all. More training is likely needed.
Overall, this was an incredibly bad (and hot) experience that I will avoid by not ordering from this store anymore.
0/10. Do...
