I am writing this review because I placed an order for pick up accidentally through the app and canceled it immediately after and re did the order as delivery but the pickup still says it is in progress and when I try to call to see if it has been cancelled the lady answers and says hello, and as I’m talking to her all she says is “hello, hello” as if she can’t hear me. My boyfriend tried to call from his phone and at this point it seems as if they turned off their phone because it starts with “please wait while we try to connect you” and then immediately goes into “thank you for calling shipleys, we can’t answer the phone because we are helping customers” when before it had the hold music. We just want our money back for the order we didn’t mean to place
Update I received the delivery ordered and I got a sausage kolache instead of bacon egg and cheese not only that but now the pick up order is saying completed when no one has picked it up we just received the delivery order.
Update My boyfriend finally talked to a lady on the phone but in the middle of the conversation she starts saying “hello?, hello?” Again as if she can’t hear when she could just hear what he was saying before.
Update Just opened my donut holes to see that I did not receive the correct ones. At this point the only things in my order that were correct were the 3 sausage and cheese kolaches (the long ones) and my 2 chocolate milks but I received the wrong bacon, egg and cheese because they gave me sausage and I received chocolate donut holes instead of regular classic. At first I put 1 star only for the service but at this point it’s for the food as well because I did not receive what I ordered and I cannot get a refund because they act like they can’t hear you on the phone when...

Shortly after purchasing and consuming food from your store, I experienced severe symptoms of food poisoning—including nausea, stomach cramps, and vomiting—which required me to rest and recover for the rest of the day.
I can confidently trace the cause back to your food, as it was the only meal I had before the symptoms started. Not only was this extremely uncomfortable and distressing, but it also disrupted my plans and responsibilities.
This experience has caused me to lose trust in the safety and quality of your food. I am requesting a formal investigation into this incident, and I would appreciate a response acknowledging the seriousness of this situation.
