McDonald's — Restaurant in Houston

While on a road trip for some reason my phone wasn't taking a charge and I had ran totally out and the phone shut off. Had no way of contacting anybody and was at a loss of where I was and which direction I was going in without GPS. The gas station that this McDonald's Is joined too. He so very Rudely Refused to let me use an electrical outlet to put 5% at least on my phone. He Also very rudely said I could Try the McDonald's nextdoor. The employee at McDonald's was very nice considering the inside store was closed and only the drive-through Was Open for business. A nice black gentleman emploee told me That I could charge my phone and when I went to try to get a cup of coffee from him which was very good by the way, he refused to charge me. In 15 minutes my phone had charged to 26% and I was ready to get back on the road. As I with that through the restaurant and the door of the store I discovered that I had been locked in by the employee he refused to respond me hollering for assistant, so I triggered the alarm on my car to get his attention. He came out screaming to turn it off and that he was busy doing work did it wasn't his job to let me in-and-out doors I Had had enough of his behavior and attitude. I told him it's not unlock the door and let me out which was simply a push of a button that I was going to call the police and tell them he was holding me against my will which he was. So he pushed the button A nd told me to get the F out. So in conclusion stay far away from this gas station but go ahead and give me Donald's all the business they can handle. To the employee reading this thank you sir I appreciate your courtesy and friendliness In helping me get to where I could find home... you are appreciated.To that Gas station employee sir I know you're from an Arab country Where your behavior towards a woman might be accepted.but that gives you no right or excuse to treat a tired and alone woman stranded on the road with Disrespect and rudeness,, just that you did I hope you...

The one star really should be no star!! I came to this location and I ordered a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich combo and a fillet of fish combo, upon returning back to work I looked in the bag and noticed I didn’t get my fish sandwich, I attempted to call prior to returning to the location, no answer. When I drove back up there I asked could they please remake my order and I explain to them the reason why, the manager came to the window and said we’re not remaking the order we’ll just give u your money back because my cooks says they gave u the food, he was very rude and disrespectful, he basically tried me as if I had ate the sandwich, I explained that i had no reason to lie over a sandwich, we had two combos meaning there should have been two sandwiches, to fries and two drinks, there was hardly any fries in the bag and only one sandwich, any how I asked for corporates number and he didn’t want to provide it And to put the icing on the cake upon looking at the receipt he refunded everything except for the sandwich that I did not get, so now I’m being screwed out money on top of that

This would be a no star review if I was able to do no star. I ordered online and submitted my payment. When I got there I checked in for drive-thru pick up like I've always done so when I get to the order window and gave my code I'm told next window. I wait to get to the window and I was told I needed to pay. So I said I already paid and they argued with me and said I couldn't get my order unless I paid $10 something. So I was very aggravated and said no I'm not going to pay again and left. I was humiliated and empty handed. Later I got a message from bank of America that I was charged $14.14. So I went to show the guy that said he was in charge and he wouldn't even look. His answer was to come back tomorrow with the bank statement. The parking lot has more customer service skills than that man. I asked who his supervisor was and he said Lety. I drove off empty handed and very aggravated.
