Where should I start. Well, I live 4 mins from this place and will keep going because it is the closest one. Every time I go through DT I ask for fresh food because the fries are always limp. When I go inside I see all this. Every time. They are so in a rush to close, they leave their cleaning utensils out( safe hazard and eye of the customer). All of the tables are dirty, including the one I am sitting at. I ordered at 9:17pm. Did not receive my food until 9:33pm. Oh did I mention I was sitting down looking crazy because they lost my ticket for the 100th time. I am not exaggerating and If I am, let my cat get ran over. Every time I go in they loose my ticket. Idk Whatâs wrong with me or the restaurant. Anyway, I get my food almost 20 mins later with limp fries. So I had to return my fries so I could wait 5 mins for fresh ones. Okay, now my 3 burgers are getting cold. I only ordered 4 items and It felt like I ordered a 100 tailgate at Canes. Ridiculous. When they have an order ready, they donât even call out the number, they just leave it on the expo table with the ticket number. There was a guy standing next time right in front of them. He literally waited 5 mins with me to find out that his order was sitting their the whole time, thinking it was my bag. SMH. The manager was just walking around not even asking people what they ordered or doing table touches. Do you see that drink on the pictures? Thatâs a crew members drink!!! How unsanitary is that... they have them right next to the drinks that you guys get... yuck! Anyway, I hope this review helps this restaurant improve their customer service and specially re train their employees, maybe even shut down idk. Iâll be back asking for fresh food and waiting 15-20 minutes every time I go just for the cravings. I visit maybe twice to 3 times a month. I hesitate to go sometimes,...
   Read moreI asked for "3" sweet and sour successes when asked in the drive thru and was given "3" BBQ by mistake. This was after i was asked to pull up and wait for my order 2 other customers were also directed to wait also after I was told to wait. As we all wanted their orders came out first while i was waiting still. After a while my food came out, I looked it and the "GOLDEN LIKE VALUED" sauces were wrong so I had to drive around to the walkup window and get out. As i was waiting at the window a "team member" was too busy talking on his cell phone to help so I waited till someone came by the window. He motioned to me to get back in line. I motioned for him to come to the window. So walking as slow as your dog does after getting caught eating toilet paper he arrived. I explained that the sauce was wrong and could i please get "3" Sweet And Sour sauces for the order. He replies "I need the BBQ sauces back". I asked if he was kidding and he then asked me "You wanted the S/S don't you, and then I need the BBQ back then. So I return to my truck (black GMC no tailgate 4 door) dig through the bags recovered the "CARGO" and swiftly return it to the window hoping all the while I was not spotted with this group of "3" gold valued sauce packs in the open. Needleless to say I did make it safely with no attempts on my life. He swiftly swapped them out and I asked for a manager. This RUDE BOY was either ERIC or RAMIRO. The other McD's person again ERIC or RAMIRO makes me back away from the window and closes it on me while I was waiting on my receipt because I did not get one in the drive thru because the boy on the phone wanted a more privet cell phone conversation I assume.

The order is not hard... a double hamburger does NOT come with cheese, so why do they always add 2 slices on each hamburger. It is NOT a CHEESEburger, it's a HAMBURGER!! Different toppings different prices. It's wasteful and shows you not really double-checking it. Even though the add that sticker that days it was "double-checked for quality"! LIES, LIES LIES!!!
They continue to mess up my order. My car is down, so I have to order for delivery, so when they mess up the order, it is Extremely frustrating! They messed up the order item on two separately orders in the same damn day. I had to replace the order because it was wrong the first time. They have calls blocked đŤ so you can't call them. I was able to call them once and ask they to ensure the items was made correctly I was super polite and thankful for them answering. After that never picked up again and the message told me their calls are screened. Door Dash customer service rep couldn't get through. They pissed me off so badly I'll never order delivery from Macdonalds again!!! I see why angry people throw things at yall drive thru employees... it's wrong, but damn do I get the why in it. Yall need to train them better or expect...
