Panda Express — Restaurant in Houston

This is the WORST Asian food I have every tasted! The meat tasted out-of-date and looked like it was boiled. The fried rice tasted like it was a week old. I ordered the chicken mushroom and they decided to put zucchini in it, and I ordered the broccoli beef. The cardboard container must have been tilted because all the juices were coming out of it and the bag was delivered wet and sticky. To top it all off, it was expensive! I don't mind paying a high price for what I want but I expect to get what I pay for. If you appreciate good food, DO NOT EAT HERE. I am not sure if this is true for all locations but I know it to be true for the UH main campus location....

This location is a hit or miss. The employees are nice for the most part, but are always talking amongst themselves even when it’s very busy and seem to care more about their personal conversations rather than the customers. They run out of stuff very often and last time I had to wait 10 minutes for brown rice. Sometimes the food tastes really good, sometimes it’s cold & old, and pretty often the rice is not made correctly. As if they rushed to make it. I always get a bowl and sometimes they give a good portion of meat, sometimes...

The service is normal. You need time to wait in line especially because this location is in the student center. My order is always inconsistent. Sometimes it is hot and fresh and other times it is old and cold. They never seem to care. I don't like how we are treated like students and not paying customers. My order often gets mixed up and priced more expensive than what it should be. The employees are nice and it isn't their fault. The Panda Express team isn't unformed. They definitely need a meeting to be put on...
