I went in there today and brought my service animal. I was then approached by one of the managers in a hostile tone asking me if he was a service animal or an esa. I misheard him and repeated back to him esa as in wondering if that’s what he was asking me. He then asked me again and I repeated that he was a service animal. After that statement he asked me if I was lying and I had to reassure again that he was a service animal. He then told me that only service animals were allowed and I repeated myself AGAIN and he walked away after being extremely rude. Read moreI don't frequent this place as often enough as I'd like for their coffee, but when I do, they never disappoint. All in all, I probably get to visit CG about four times a year, usually for meetings. The coffee taste really good and authentic, better than the Nook (in my humble opinion), it's almost akin to Dunkin Donuts versus Starbucks - both good but very different coffee tastes.

Read moreLiterally better tasting coffee than starbucks. The iced caramel latte with oatmilk is my fav. The matcha frappe is phenomenal as well and the iced chai with almond milk??? Yes yes yes and cheaper than starbucks. Haven't tried the pastries or desserts but they look so good. Even when the line is long and reaches the back door, we still get to the cashier fairly quickly. The coffee has a bit of a wait time if it's crazy busy but be patient! It's worth the wait. I've only waited long once out of all the times I went, can't blame them though....
