I only gave one star because I have to give at least that to write a review. I wish there were negative stars. My spouse and I placed a delivery order at 7:04pm on 11/02/19. The tracker said it would be 31-41 minutes. Ok, it's Saturday night at dinner time - fine. The tracker showed that the order was on its way at 7:25pm - great. The restaurant is less than 1/2 mile from our house. By 8:00pm we still didn't have our order. We call the local phone number and choose option 3 to speak to someone. The phone was picked up then immediately hung up without a word spoken. This happened 10 times! TEN TIMES!! So, we decided to press 1 to place an order hoping that we'd get to speak to someone. A customer service agent picked up - we explained the situation to her and she offered to call the restaurant. She had the same experience - pick up, say nothing, then hang up. My spouse then decided to go to the restaurant. It's 8:30pm by this point. He arrives only to be told that our order had been canceled "by TV" at 7:56pm. I'm not sure if TV is someone's initials or what, but we did not cancel our order - we actually wanted the pizza! While at the restaurant, he also witnessed a female employee picking up a ringing phone, saying nothing, then hanging it up. It's clear that we're not the only ones this happened to. So, the restaurant canceled our order without a phone call or anything offering to refund the money or reschedule the delivery. We have requested a refund and do realize that it takes a few days to show back up in a bank account - I'm still waiting as of today (11/05/19). If one of us hadn't gone to the restaurant we would not be receiving a refund. I feel like Pizza Hut tried to steal our money. I'm also curious how many other people this has happened to who couldn't go to the restaurant to request the refund after not receiving their order because I know they can't get through via phone. I've tried calling at different times of day since this happened and nobody ever answers the phone - ever! I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but it needs to be looked into ASAP by the franchise owner. VERY Disappointed and will NEVER order from this...
   Read moreSaturday night ordered pizza and buffalo wings mild. They were delicious I picked up no problem. Sunday evening around 7 I decided I wanted more wings so I ordered from them again by phone. I ordered bone in mild buffalo with cinnamon for 5.00 each. Got there stayed in drive through 15 min before figuring out driver was having car trouble. So I parked walk in. 3 other couples were standing around telling me it was going to be an hour. Cashier was supposed to have owed customers change. So they shut down everything to call someone on the phone in which whomever was on the phone told them to just give them the money back and keep rolling especially with customers waiting. So I looked in the hot box since I had called mine in via phone asked the cashier ( Hispanic) could I pick up my order I had called on I was looking at it. She immediately said you got to wait an hour. Another staff (black) manager maybe??? Looked at me and I asked an hour for wings and cinnamon buns Iâm looking at. So she pulled it out hot box I paid left drove home to wings were bone out spicy. I know wings are wings but some of still like the bones. And spicy I cannot do at all. Thatâs why I ordered mild buffalo. Since all phone calls are recorded it shouldnât be hard to find my information it happened Saturday night at Pizza Hut on corner of west bellfort and chimney rock.    Read moreI Hated this place ..I haven't had pizza hut in at least 4 years because my dough was always not done and I mean it was gummy in the center however I wanted to take advantage of the 50%off o. Any pizza deal ...I placed my order online and was givin a time frame from 10-20 minutes ,I was late leaving for the restaurant so it was 30 minutes later when I arrived at pizza hut ,I was greeted by a young girl who said I'm sick and they made me come to work and we are short staffed but I paid and was told it would take another 10 minutes, I thought wow its not ready yet..... but I waited .....well 30 minutes later I see the staff that was outside smoking come in and put on one glove on one hand started preparing my pizza order using both hands even though only one had a glove on ,and then the manager Jeremy who was sweeping the floor with no gloves started helping with pizza making without washing his hands or putting on gloves ...I'm done with this place and I'll encourage more people in the community to not visit this location...and I ofcourse asked for a refund and left my most uncomfortable experience and the sad part is they are working so we can spend money there but if we dont spend money there they'll get us some clean up action and get some employees there to handle food with and customers with care after all food is something going into our bodies and no one should be at work sick ,or not being clean ,and most certainly not using gloves when your dealing with some one else's food...
