Where do I even begin with my recent visit to Raising Cane's? It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, leaving a sour taste in my mouth – and not just from their disappointing chicken fingers.
To say they messed up my order would be an understatement. I ordered a simple combo meal with a specific drink, but when I received my order, it was nothing short of a jumbled mess. Not only was my drink missing, but they had also swapped out my side for something I didn't even ask for. It's as if the staff has a game of "let's see how badly we can mess up this customer's order" behind the scenes.
The worst part was their management team's response to my complaint. Instead of apologizing and offering a swift solution, they displayed the worst attitudes I've ever encountered in a restaurant. The manager brushed off my concerns as if they were trivial and inconsequential. It's clear that customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their priority list.
To add insult to injury, the employees seemed completely indifferent to my dissatisfaction. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by serving me in the first place. The lack of empathy and customer service skills was appalling and downright offensive.
What should have been a simple, enjoyable fast-food meal turned into a headache-inducing ordeal. Raising Cane's should be embarrassed by the level of incompetence displayed by their staff and management. It's evident that they lack the basic understanding of how to run a food establishment efficiently and with respect for their customers.
With so many other dining options available, I urge everyone to avoid the headache of a visit to Raising Cane's. The food might be passable, but the management's bad attitudes and careless mistakes are enough to drive anyone away. Save your money and your sanity, and opt for a different restaurant that actually values their customers. Raising Cane's has lost my...
Read moreI was really excited about the new location near my house, I'm not any more. The first thing was I ordered 2 fingers and 1 cane sauce. It came to $4.43. I gave the cashiers a $20 and 43 cents. He cave me back $18.57 cents. So after our 3 min tutorial on the art of counting back change I got my food. The fingers were very small, soggy and the skin only on the top which is why they put it soggy side down because they thought I wouldn't notice until I was down the road. So I park and take the.order back in for a refund. To my surprise the shift lead can't count change either. She gave me back $5 too much. TEACH YOUR PEOPLE HOW TO COUNT MONEY!!!!!! STOP GIVING OUT SOGGY CHICKEN!!!!!! I guess I will have to keep going to...
Read moreI accidentally placed my order at the Baybrook Mall location instead of the Bay Area Blvd location. When I called to fix the issue, I spoke with a team member (I wish I had gotten her name!) who went above and beyond to help me out.
Not only did she clearly give me the correct address, but she also remade my food so it would be hot and fresh when I arrived — even though it was my mistake! That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
This happened today, about 1 hr ago, and I just wanted to say: kudos to her! She absolutely deserves recognition — maybe even a bonus or a raise. Thank you for making my day and showing what great...
