We tried this place three times giving them a benefit of the doubt but each time we go there we are faced with either food, quantity or service issues. Third time wasn’t a charm for us at all. We ended up waiting 45 mins for our appetizer ( and you won’t believe the chicken lollipop has not much meat and was just tiny 5 pieces for $15). Tell me why I’ve eaten triple the size of chicken lollipop at Aga’s for the less the price. Anyways, we tell them about this and they said they couldn’t do anything about it since the managers weren’t there. Fair enough! I remember going in the second time and we ordered chicken biryani to only get three small of meat with more bones.. I will say the flavor was good and we expressed our opinion thinking it would work out the third time but guess what this time the biryani was so spicy ( mind you we can handle spice) and none of us could even eat that it felt like a slap of 4-5 spoons of chilly powder for 2 cups rice. There was no A/C in there are just two big fans blasting air on you which is fine I understand but this... I don’t usually like complaining and giving restaurants second chances but common now…I will say the previous management was atleast better with the quantity of food, price and service. I am normally not a guy who leaves reviews and this is the first time I am writing a review so you guys might know how frustrated I am because of this place I was there at the restaurant today around 1 and i ordered a dosa somewhere around 1.5pm I checked with the server before ordering if I can get it fast so she said yes. While waiting I saw fried rice being served at someone table and it looked good so I ordered it for Togo writhing 5 min of my previous order. I got my Dosa at 1.40pm I don’t know why it took soo long may be they were grinding the batter for every order. I finished my dosa paid my bill for dosa and fried rice and I was still waiting for my Togo order I went to the counter and asked them how much time will it take first they said 5 min then I waited then again she says they misplaced the order ticket and they are making it now which was another 30 min when I question them they told me that they are busy so I had to leave coz I can’t spend 1 and a half are in a restaurant just for one meal. Even I am a business owner and in past I also had restaurant and I know how it works. It hardly takes not more that 30 min to prepare a dish even if they are super busy. I hope they work on their service and hire some good chefs who can make food on time and serve the customers.once you loose a customer what ever it is he is never gonna come back to your store again. Just as the previous reviews have said, the food is great. Very flavorful and very well seasoned and spiced. HOWEVER, service is horrible and I kid you not, when I was eating, a roach crawled on the wall next to my booth 💀 I stopped eating after that. Now let’s talk about the service. The table was dirty when we sat down, but the older gentleman did come by with Windex to clean it once he saw I was wiping it down with a napkin. Then he proceeds to take our order in his notebook (that detail is important). He wrote down our order. In total, we ordered about 9 items. When our food came out, one person was missing their food, we end up sharing our dishes thinking that it would come out later. It never came. We ordered 4 mango drinks in which they forgot to bring out until we had to ask again and it didn’t come out until the near end of our meal. So you wrote down our order but only 4 out of the 9 items were able to come out correctly? That’s just horrible. The older gentleman is nice but the girl waiter has an attitude. Like she questioned us whether we really ordered something. Rude. Also, I think they add on tip even before you choose to tip on your own so check your receipt to make sure your items are correct and don’t double tip unless you want to. Overall, will not return, do not recommend. The one star is just for the food tasting good but the roach made the whole meal...
