After about an hour of waiting for our delivery and famished our food was finally here. We dug into it and very quickly couldn't understand why it has such a high rating on Google and other search engines. We ordered pad thai, fried rice,lo mein, appetizers, sweet and sour chicken, and general chicken and paid $70.00, we are a family of 6 and we are used to paying that amount at other places, but never that poor quality. The egg rolls were stale and chewy; sweet and sour chicken was bland and dry, pad thai was too salty and slimy the shrimp in it was way overcooked, the "steamed riced" that came with the meal was hard and cold, the soups were hot but flavors were not authentic, the cheese puffs were stale not crispy, the wontons were crappy and some burnt, the general chicken tasted like it came out of the freezer as my 17 year old described it. We usually give or leftovers to or pets, but I couldn't give them these leftovers. I was very optimistic and thought this could be our new to go spot, especially being so close to home but it was a huge disappointment. Leaves me with one conclusion, these reviews raving about their food are fake and probably written by friends and family. Needless to say, never again will I order from this place again, I would rather eat reheated Ramen noodles than food...

Vegan Options galore, Vietnamese food for the Freak'n Win (as usual!)
We got the -Yu-hsiang Tofu -Vegan Pho with Vegetables
---So here's the story!
We were finishing up our meal, one of the owners came by and asked if we needed anything to go. I asked for a to-go container for the both of us.
The lady started small talk with us, which is wonderful, due to Covid, socializing has lacked (obviously, lol) She asked how we were doing, how we've been, how works been for us.
She then said, "we have a lot of good vegan options here." She said.. our pho broth is really vegan, many places say vegetarian broth but its usually chicken/beef broth. That all of their options can be veganized with tofu. All meat can be substituted with tofu or vegetables. She even gave a little secret to their tofu pho. (I personally am not a tofu pho fan, the tofu usually is soft and falls apart) No Rice & Pho's! Hands down the best Vegan tofu.
My wife is super lucky, as this place is right next to her work, her and her coworkers frequently celebrate Pho Phriday!!!
Overall, a very nice experience, and the lady was extremely nice and hands down deserves 5 stars, two thumbs up, 100! Can't wait to go back.
Thank you Rice & Pho for the phonomenal...
