Saigon Street Food is located in Hong Kong City Mall. The space is clean and nicely decorated, and service was friendly and efficient. We were seated right away, and our food came out quickly. They do keep the bathroom door locked, so you have to ask for access, but it was clean and featured pretty sky-like marble tiles.
Rice Paper Rolls Shaken With Garlic ($10): Served with a Vietnamese-style chicharron and an egg mayo dipping sauce. I loved this dish! If I hadn’t already had coffee and pastries earlier, I would’ve ordered the rice paper sampler plate too.
Garlic Fish Sauce Popcorn Chicken ($9): This was flavorful but not super crispy because of the sauce. It was still good, though I preferred the rice paper rolls more.
