I wanted to give a better review but I think my timing may be horrible or its just an unlucky amount of coincidences.

The quality of drinks is good, nice use of ingredients for boba, toppings, and all of the above. Nice containers with cups and caps to make it easy to bring around, sturdy bag as well.

The order stations are very fast, cleanly laid out, and extremely easy to use. Very responsive touchscreen compared to other similar order stations I've used in the past. It seems to be well maintained and cleaned daily as well for the most part.

Chairs/tables are clean for the most part, I haven't seen any stains, spills, or messes from my time visiting the location. Overall the store is very hygienic and clean. 👍

Other than that though, out of the 6 times I've visited this location, I've had my order messed up 4 times. In those 4 times, I've always had 1 topping missing or even all the toppings missing. As of posting the review today, this is 4th time I have went, ordered a mango tea slush with boba + mango boba. I can see the possibility of it being messed up due to being very similar names but this was the only time where I ordered both boba + mango boba together. Other times it was lychee jelly with boba (missing boba). In addition, it would be nice if the fruit teas didn't have lemon/other seeds in the drink that are the perfect size to go through the straw every time, please filter out the seeds.

In addition, service felt very messy at times, I don't believe this to be a problem caused by the staff either. It just seems that the way the layout is made along with the computer ordering system seems to jumble things up quite a bit, leading to either very long wait times with little to no customers or decent wait times even with a lot of customers + 1-2 staff visible.

Some other small nitpicks that I won't factor into the review: Although it has a visually nice appearance, the chairs aren't exactly too comfortable to sit in for any extended period of time either. The trash bins being right near both doors + order station is a particularly odd choice. Also one time there was an awful burning smell that spread around but that seems to be more of a small external accident...

Came to Hong Kong Mall for groceries. Stopped by here for drinks since it's right there. The drinks are good. I had the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca. Not very sweet considering mine was regular 100% sugar. I wonder how sweet it would be at 50%, which is an option. I like mine sweet. The tapioca in the milk tea is just the way I like it, warm, soft, and gooey. The other drinks with tapioca was not so good. A little bit on the under cooked side. Not sure why that was. All in all, the drinks all tasted good, not great, but pretty good. It also came out pretty quickly considering we had 7 drinks. The counter staff was very patient and helpful while we ordered. This was my second visit to this location of Moge Tee, and both visits were great experiences! The staff and owners are very friendly. The drinks have fresh ingredients, and it is not too sweet without adjustments. The location is convenient because you can grab a refreshment after grocery shopping! The store is clean and quiet with aesthetic interior, and they offer free wifi so it's an efficient place to get work done. There are also screens to order from, for introverts! I recommend the cheese foam mango tea slush. Even though mangos aren't in season, it tasted fresh...
