Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

If there is zero star, I will definitely give a zero. I have been to that place twice, both are bad experience. People who work there are so rude and don’t care what you say at all. I ordered a flat white with salt caramel foam on my phone today but they still let me wait there for 40 minutes. I saw everyone ordered after me were getting their drinks so I asked them if mine was ready. They just stared at me and then walked away, ignoring what I said. I asked for thousand times and nobody cared. finally the manager came to me and made one for me, so rude. She didn’t add the salt caramel foam because she said it was out and she didn’t even let me know until I asked. I actually paid extra for the foam. They were really rude and disrespectful. I will never come back to that place again. They just waste my 40 minutes....

I understand the people working here are students and so they have school on the side, but that is no excuse for the horrendous service.

First off, the workers here are mostly inexperienced. I've seen from experience some of them cannot differentiate making a cold drink from a hot drink! You have to tell them. Secondly, DO NOT ORDER ON MOBILE! I've ordered from here a handful of times my usual tea and breakfast item and every time they have either took too long with my order or didn't address me until twenty minutes later just to tell me they are out of that item. It's clear that in order to be recognized as a customer I have to stand in line and order in person.

Save yourself the time and frustration and order from a different Starbucks or better yet, another...

I came to order at 4:35p.m. I was the only person in line at this time. No one else came behind me. Except for this girl who happened to be a friend of the person at the register. He was talking to the girl for a while she didn’t order anything. Than the other girl working with him also started talking to the girl. I was waiting for 10 min until another employee came in and saw me waiting. That employee grabbed the ticket from the machine and made my drink. The entire time I thought they had started on it but were waiting for something to be ready. But no they were just making me wait while they talked.
