Worst Starbucks staff and customer service I have ever experienced. I placed a mobile order for 6 drinks and food and when I came to pick it up they informed me they do not have the trays/drink carriers. Which is fine, it’s not their fault and things run out. I asked if they had the stickers to put on the iced drinks to ensure they don’t spill and the girl had to think for a few seconds before saying “I GUESS I can give you that” ??? K.. I went to my car and brought out a plastic container to put the drinks in and because the lid was not secured properly, one of the iced drinks spilled in the container, getting on the other beverages. The same employee proceeded to LAUGH and remake the drink, no show of empathy or compassion just straight up mocking and laughing among the staff. What’s so funny? I am 28 weeks pregnant, do you think I rejoice in picking up 6 drinks and hauling it around in my car? Cleaning up after you cos you couldn’t secure the lids on the iced drinks? I’m picking up these drinks for work, they aren’t all for myself and regardlesss of that.. If you can’t handle providing customer service which includes being respectful and courteous to your patrons, you really shouldn’t be working here. Read moreThis message is to the franchisee owner/ manager. I just had the most unprofessional experience in the drive thru from an employee. The associate continuously referred to me as "shawty". For example, when I asked for a moment to complete my order she said "okay Shawty" "what can I get for you shawty". I was taken aback on how this associate addresses patrons. Nonetheless, I wanted to try a new beverage and I didn't know how to pronounce the drink. I said this to the associate and she mocked me and said " do you just want a cup of water". ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. The management team needs to ensure all staff members are helpful, kind and professional.
