Subway — Restaurant in Houston

The man who used to own/manage this store was so awesome and likable, but I haven't seen him around in a long time so I'm thinking new owners or new management. The guy who usually makes my sandwiches (wears glasses, very kind) is a little slow in prepping, but he makes a good sandwich. There is another guy there that is a total waste. Every time I see him at the store, he is not working. I walked in and the girl behind the counter was helping three people in front of me. He was standing in the restaurant talking on his cell phone. He finally hung up when someone came in after me. Washed his hands. Put his gloves on. Trying to be funny and make jokes, same as last time, too busy making jokes to do his job. Heavy set fellow that doesn't seem to care about his job. Well... there is a real point to this story. There was NO tuna (11AM on a weekday). The bread was stale. I tried to get a Coke, but the machine ran out of coke before my cup was full. All of the deli meat was falling out of the sandwiches. But the worst thing happened when I went to eat some more of my sandwich the next day. MOLD on the bread, not just stale. This was an awful experience. So hear me out! I been coming to this subway for about 3 years. When you entered to this subway you were greeted like family. I loved how the manger ran his store with speed but, also with friendliness. They always had their supplies in order. Plus they had fresh sweet tea!! I didn't mind the manger and the other co-workers telling me about the subway app every time I entered. LOL but, today I wasn't greeted like I was used to. The subway had a different manager and workers no customer services skills, they were rude, they only had some veggies, they didn't have any supplies in the drink area, they DID NOT HAVE SWEET TEA!!!!! There used to be a guy on friday around 3 who would make the best sandwiches I've ever had. Usually workers over pack the sandwich sloppily and stuff it like a turkey like they've never made a sandwich before in their life. The food there is usually fresh except the tuna a couple times. Although they are very respectful to their customers and work efficiently.
