Have you ever wondered why this place always has a “help wanted” sign hung outside? Well, let me tell you a little bit about “Supreme sandwiches.” I worked here for one week, and that was enough. While working here, a few people commented directly to me about how great the sandwiches were, however, unbeknownst to them, they were eating something pretty gross. I’ll begin with what I think is, alone, a deal breaker. There are essentially no delivery trucks for this restaurant, everything is delivered by the owner who very conveniently drives a full size suburban SUV, the only problem is that his car is FILLED with dirty clothes, which he seems to ignore and just lays boxes of raw ingredients on top of them. This is his preferred method to transport merchandise. I know this to be a fact since, being the only guy at the establishment, I was constantly asked to get stuff to and from the owner’s car itself, and I was completely grossed out since the first time I saw it. I guess this wouldn’t be that big of a deal IF at some point between unloading and prepping the ingredients were washed or at least rinsed before being put on the order table ready to be served. Which brings me to point two. The ingredients are never, at any point in time, cleaned, the prep tables are ONLY wiped down and ONLY when it’s “absolutely necessary,” as the manager put it. Only god knows when was the last time those tables were actually and properly decontaminated. These tables are used to prep the already gross-old-man-flaming-pants flavored ingredients. The owner also expects “manager character” out of employees whom he chooses to pay $7.25/hr and provides with one single 20-minute break without pay, something that is ILLEGAL in the state of Texas, and he is very aware of this, since he offered up to an hour or “however long” I wanted, after confronting him about this. When I began working here, I heard about how everybody “quits” really soon, keep this in mind. Even though I memorized every single sandwich in 3 days and learned to use the newer register technology in 1 day (people were learning from ME when they were supposed to be training me) I got fired and very rudely asked to dismiss myself from the establishment by the same man with the dirty car. His reasoning behind this was that I was using my phone, however, I did not send a single text while on my shift, never even unlocked the device, and only pulled it out of my pocket to check the time or see who had texted me, at times when NOTHING was going on in the store. As I left the store, he was very nice to say “sorry it didn’t work out” in front of a customer, and this was when I realized that most of the workers before me probably didn’t quit. I hypothesized that he was most likely to tell the other people that I too had quit, but it didn’t really bother me until the day I went back to retrieve my last and only paycheck, which was refused to me, the rightful owner of my hard earned money, until I came up with a letter written and signed by yours truly, declaring my resignation, even though I was kicked out by the dirty car man. The set of rules and traditions that govern this establishment are wicked and just...

Frankly I am speechless.
I was just treated like a maskless thief spewing Covid.
I have been a loyal customer for a year. 3-5 days a week. I ordered pickup on ubereats - the menu showed chocolate chip - I was informed when I arrived that I could only replace it with oatmeal and peanut butter.....WAIT....thats not the issue. Upon saying I didn't want either she than informed me that I couldn't use the $3+ on anything else - even at a discount and a cost to me. She than shadowed me in an aggressive manner around the store as if I was going to do something. Keep in mind I WAS a loyal customer had a mask on and frankly a perfect customer. Upon getting ready to leave I asked the nice lady that was making the sandwiches (a junior) to please remove the one sandwich without the lettuce for my friend - given I ordered two identical sandwiches. That was the moment that lurch pounced on me! After I had already paid, was offered ZERO compensation for the fact they had no chocolate cookies - she than took my wound of disrespect and threw salt in it! Absolutely the rudest most unbelievable horrible customer service experience Ive ever been through.
I am done and going to post a review everywhere. I am shaking Im do upset.
