Taco Bell — Restaurant in Houston

I only stopped here because I hadn't eaten before church, and Taco Bell has always been my most trusted for good food and service. I've been coming to Taco Bell since I was a little girl, and they put green onion, and black olives on the Mexican pizza, and now I'm a Mom who entrusts dinner or lunch for family if I'm not in a position to cook or just have a craving.

This location is probably the worst Taco Bell location I've ever visited. I LOVE the new chicken nuggets with the Fire Ranch, and the Nacho fries are my favorite especially when they're fresh and hot with a slight crunch. OMG! But unfortunately this location just can't get it right, even when I request everything to be made fresh, they pack whatever is laying around, the food is cold or not even warm, no crunch, and taste old. The new 80/20 Cinnamon to sugar ratio on the cinnamon twists is completely gross.

The service is some of the worst I've ever seen. I remember stopping on my way to church one Sunday morning, starving and running late, only to have the clerk at the window laugh at me when I ordered nacho fries only, like I literally asked "is that okay?' I didn't get a receipt to log on my app, and no straws for the drinks. This location isn't worth the trouble if quality of any kind is what you seek, and they operate below Taco...

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Literally every time I come to this Taco Bell they're either taking exact cash only or they don't have any food or whatever whatever I'm pretty much convinced at this point that the people that work there just come up with excuses to not serve people. Whoever owns this Taco Bell must not like making money because there's an Amazon right down the street full of hundreds of people that actually work super hard and don't have a lot of time to drive from place to place to get there a lunch and i hope whoever owns this knows that anyone in amazon says don't go to taco bell you will waste your time.. that's gonna be the last time I drive To this broke down Taco Bell that can't ever serve anybody anything, giving it one star is too much considering the last 3 times I have wasted my time trying to go there they can't ever serve anyone or have to take exact cash. Just the motivation I need to just bring food and stop wasting TIME trying to eat here as its so broke down and ragged I haven't even got a chance to waste my money. On 04/13/2024 around 11 something at night I went to taco bell to get (4) Doritos locos tacos SUPREME and a 5 layer burrito. So imagine my surprise, when I got home I was ready to eat the food I just spent $20 bucks (donation to a even payment) that my tacos that I specifically said SUPREME we indeed NOT SUPREME. Went back and who the workers were on shift were are absolutely horrible. All I have to say is if you can’t multitask and get something done right and correctly, then you DONT NEED TO BE TALKING AND RUNNING YOUR MOUTH. They never do anything right at this location and it’s only like my 3rd or 4th time eating here. But I really learned the lesson and I will never be here! And to top it off, taco shells...
