Whataburger — Restaurant in Houston

This Whataburger has been my Whataburger since since I was 25 years old now I’m 58 years old they were the best hamburgers many other Whataburger, the quality the meat has gone down today. I wanted an apple cranberry chicken salad. They did not have it. They did not have boiled eggs for the other salad, I ordered a number seven a junior burger it was raw I asked for extra lettuce and extra onions. No cheese didn’t get it. I asked for sweet tea and they poured me unsweet I asked with no ice please they put ice and gave me the wrong tea and then to top it off. They really messed up on my sweet tooth. I do not like apple pies I asked for a lemon pie. What if they give me an apple pie I’m very upset and then it took them 35 minutes to give me my order I was at the window for 20 minutes. I’m upset the last thing I asked him if they can give me a refill because I drank half of the tea and I don’t like I didn’t want to be useless because I knew that they were behind, the young lady said that they give refills that was very annoying and I left from Whataburger very sad. It was in between 130 to 2 o’clock in the morning please Whataburger return your meat and please get more responsible people in there. I’ve always used to brag so much about that. This was the best Whataburger in town and now it’s been the worst please please get somebody in there. They would do a better job because I really want my Whataburger back. I want to take my grandkids to Whataburger now that I’m a grandmother I wish Whataburger would consider putting things for children to play with because I prefer them to eat Whataburger and eat McDonald’s, I have stopped eating McDonald’s now I wish I would’ve known at 20 when I had my children and McDonald’s was no good for them so please bring your back I can take my grandkids to my...

DO ANY ADULTS WORK AT THIS LOCATION??? Every time I go here it’s always kids working just doing whatever they want! No urgency in anything they do. I went through the drive-thru a few days ago and I was the second and only car there. Two different people came onto the speaker to take my order. When the third customer pulled up to the other speaker my order was put on hold and the other customers order was taken. Then a third person came onto the speaker to ask for my full order AGAIN. I asked for the 3 strip meal with two justaburgers add onion. What was sooo hard?!?!?! THEN ANOTHER person came onto the speaker to take my order, at this point I told the young man I’d be at the window because it was getting ridiculous. I get to the window and there is not an adult in site. The young man again asks for my order but was acting confused as hell, I was feeling fed up at this point and told him to forget it and cancel my order. WHY DIDN'T A MANAGER INTERVENE AT ANY PART OF THIS INTERACTION???? Where was the manager??? I drove to the location on West Rd and immediately had a good experience. The drive-thru worker was kind and actually asked if we wanted a 3, 4, or 6 piece strip (can’t remember the exact amount of strips but I think this is right) which the Greenspoint location never asks and also didn’t know those options existed. Anyway the order took less than 30 seconds and my order came out within a good time.

I normally do not have any problems with Whataburger, but I stopped by this location and the attitudes are unbelievable. I ordered a #2 plain with meat only + add bacon. I made it very clear "meat, bacon, and bread, nothing else on it". I was very polite, please and thank you's. I am not supposed to have Whataburger or any fast food with my disability from the Army, but I was hungry and hadnt eaten all day. When I got my food, they had condiments on the burger, which I explained I can not have due to my disability. The manager, a middle aged black woman, came to rhe window and slammed it open, and proceeded to talk down to me as if I was ignorant. So said "so you want a plain burger"? I said, "yes, meat, bacon, and bread, nothing else on it". She said, "Oh, so you want plain and dry? You should say that. That is why condiments like mustard were put on there". I responded back with a simple explaination saying yes and she rolled her eyes and walked away.

I mean how simple is "MEAT, BACON, BREAD, NOTHING ELSE ON IT" have to be?

Then when they give the corrected burger, thr bacon is under cooked and had to take it off. Then to top it off the manager did not even give my receipt back.

I get people have bad days and maybe dont like there jobs, but I did nothing wrong to be treated the way I was. HORRIBLE experience at this location... but I guess that is expected in Greenspoint...
