when initially walking into the store, there was nobody in sight at the counter. after browsing multiple products & my friend picking the products she wanted, no one had still come to the front counter... we started to get worried that something bad had happened, so i called out very loudly "Helloooo" & FINALLY someone appeared from the back room, looking very uninterested & slightly disheveled... finally my friend was getting her products rang up for purchase, when I asked if all of their energy drinks contain caffeine, Zhane stated that she does not "know the products like that".. & whoever her co-worker was today, Sunday, July 29 at noon, seemed to act the same way. VERY DISSATISFIED & I didn't even buy a smoothie due to the unprofessionalism & rudeness & i Needed a smoothie on my way to the gym....
Read moreNothing but good things to say about this place. I have been coming here to pickup my smoothie (lunch) religiously for about a month to a month and a half now. I'm hooked. I come here about 4 times a week to get out of the office for a few minutes and get a smoothie.
My smoothie is always ready in 5 minutes or less. I order through the app. People here make GOOD SMOOTHIES. I have tried the same smoothie at other Smoothie King's where I live (The Woodlands) and this location in Greenspoint by far makes my smoothie the best. It is more flavorful and just better.

Read moreI hate leaving bad reviews, but I also hate when people are rude to customers on thier job. I ordered a smothie in person, and wanted to get another flavor instead. I asked a lady if they started smothie ( which I know they didn't cause I was watching. ) And Ramasia, turned around and said ' It's right there' ( which the blender was empty, so they didn't start it. I asked the lady who I was originally talking to, if I can change for the flavor I wanted. The young lady ( I bever got her name) was nice. But Ramasia rolled her eyes, and had a bad attitude.
