This place is fantastic! I've had multiple things from here (personal favorite is the lemon pepper fries) and everything is worth the prices they cost.

The chicken that comes with the fries (at least with my experience with the lemon pepper fries) is some of the most delicious I've ever had. The flavor explodes in your mouth, and the crunch of the breading on the outside goes wonderfully with the chicken. Don't get me started on the fries! Those things are ALWAYS complimented by/complimenting the other things in the order, no matter what you get.

Wait time isn't too bad depending on the amount of people, but you can sit and wait either on the benches or in your car, and they'll call out to you when your order is done. I've never dealt with an order taking more than 10 minutes, but wait times could possibly be a bit more or a bit less depending on what you buy.

My grandmother and I love to come by here often. Sometimes we sit outside and eat, and other times we will order to go. The seating is nice, a warm and sunny place where we can relax for a bit when we have time.

Speaking of warm and sunny, the staff are some of the sweetest people you can deal with. You'll be met with friendly attitudes and a welcoming environment, which is something to be appreciated.

Overall a lovely place with delicious food! They have a way of making you come back for more, and each trip there...

This is my second time going to the french fry house. I ordered the chicken Alfredo fries, the Alfredo or something had to be old and when I ate it at the place it was OK. At least I thought I end up not eating all of my food so I brought it home, once I went to eat it again, it was spoiled. The Alfredo smelled like it was very old. It had an awful smell to it once it got cold my stomach has been messed up every sense. I ate there on Tuesday also a friend of mine that went there with me. Stomach was messed up also , but I ate most of the Alfredo fries. Whoever made them, they knew that that Alfredo sauce was spoiled. Also, the parking lot is horrible. I almost knocked my front bumper off trying to leave out of this spot. I scratched my whole bumper up because they have big holes in the parking lot , big old potholes my first experience to this place was awesome. They’re falling off. one more thing we did get the seafood eggrolls they were not good at all. They tasted too fishy so I don’t know which item made me sick and has me going back-and-forth to the restroom but I’m going to the emergency room in a little bit because my stomach...

I had a great experience at The French Fry House on 9/12/2020. I drove over 50 minutes to get there after seeing the pictures online in a Facebook group. There was a line, which was expected and I waited about 30 minutes before reaching the window. One of the items I wanted to try was sold out, but they had signage stating so. Because of my drive, I ordered a few things, the alfredo chicken fries, the featured lemon fries and the boudin egg rolls. The safely enclosed ordering station promoted safety for the staff and customers. (There was also complimentary sanitizer by the order window.) I waited about 35 minutes for my order. While waiting, the staff sanitized and cleaned the seating areas and table tops! I loved seeing that! They also have a no-mask, no service rule! I love that as well. The customer service was wonderful from the staff. It arrived warm and the presentation of each dish was phenomenal. I sampled from each, while sitting in my car! Lol. My favorite were the boudin egg rolls with the sweet chilli sauce. Awesome spot to grab a bite to eat! I pray they have...

The gentleman that Took my order over the phone was very calm patient informative, and very polite. My daughter and I first time here and the food did not disappoint. You get the crispy fresh fries, not soggy but still crispy not drenched in oil then you get the protein that was fried separately was not soggy either. Then you get the abundant amount of sauces on top of everything and everything just came together well not soggy not mushy. You can taste each component that was put into that particular order. The plating was very aesthetic as well. You can see that they put their heart into making the order each step along the way of Stacking the ingredients upon each other. I can’t wait to come back and try the shrimp and étouffée. The only thing I regret was that the weather permitted us to sit and dine at their outdoor location however, because my daughter had a cold, we couldn’t enjoy it, but the sun was out a cool breeze great to take advantage of that. All in all a great cheat meal and place to share with family and friends! We got the chicken Alfredo and the Big Tex.

More pics on my IG @ Frankiemo.hd I pulled up at the French fry house at a quarter to 5 on a warm summer afternoon and it was the nicest lady at the window. I was really happy to tell her that I heard about them on Facebook and she was really nice and talk to me about my hometown and about how things are in Pasadena. I told her I was like I'm looking for a black-owned restaurant in Pasadena and I can't find one had to come all the way out here. She knew all about Pasadena and their past. There was plenty of parking and 6 picnic tables I bet you could fit 6 people Each one of them. Way more than enough parking. the venue is clean there's no trash anywhere the paint is fresh on the walls this place is just really nicely nestled right here off of wayside. I would say this is a great place to bring a friend for a cool date. I'll be back. I had the boudin egg rolls. Good move.
