Tortilleria La Real #6 — Restaurant in Houston

Just left La Reynas and I am so disappointed with the damn service. Im a black woman by the way, Ive also been going there for about 2 years. They tried to charge me $2 for the small cups of sauce. The guy with the pony tail was hell of rude. He through my food all in the container and initially wouldn't give me the green sauce that normally comes with the meal. I feel like I pay good money and the place has great food. But I feel like I receive bad customer service because I am a Black woman. Im not going back...

I visit this place regularly and all the times was good just the last three times the new cashier/server have a very very bad attitude, she is so rude and she don't have maners cause I order always many things and she is like upset for that, today I order menudo and always has a good meat portion just today she is more rude like ever and she give me only bones and grease and a very very small meat portion, please when you visit this place be gently with her and tolerate her attitude cause she take advantage for her position and she don't give to you the good service, please be aware about that or best visit another location! Yo voy a este lugar muy seguido y siempre ha sido bueno el servicio pero las últimas tres veces la cajera/despachadora tiene muy mala actitud es muy altanera y sin modales, siempre ordenó muchas cosas y ella se molesta por eso, hoy ordene menudo y siempre ha tenido una buena porción de carne pero hoy ella estaba más grosera que nunca y al pedirle que me atendiera muy molesta me dió mucho hueso con grasa en lugar de carne, por favor cuando visiten este lugar sean amables con ella y toleren su grosera actitud por que ella con toda la ventaja de su posición no te dará buen servicio, o mejor aún visiten...

I go here every couple of weeks. The birria they have (only on Saturday and Sunday) 🤤🤤🤤 OMG so good. Actually everything you get from this place is absolutely delicious. I give this place two thumbs up for sure ! It is one of my favorite places to eat. And the freshly made tortillas ... Need say anymore ?!!?...
