Words aren't enough to express how disappointed and the bad experience we got a this store specially with one of the owners and a woman that help their clients ( employee) . We flew from Toronto to Houston just to find a special dress for my daughter sweet sixteen unfortunately the dress she likes was just in this store and couldn't find in others nothing similar , it was very frustrated when you dream something , fall in love and try to change it so that's the first and only reason I bought the dress in this store the owner is abusive , rude and disrespectful . Well , we tried to order the dress he said at the beginning that it would take about 2 weeks but if we bought the one on the floor he will charge us 600 dollars but my daughter prefer to wait for one new then when we returned one more time because he said is out of stock and the only way is to buy the one used on the floor which was tried on by many clients so it wasn't new also had some damages but my daughter insisted that is the dress she dreams and wants , because he said at first it will be in 600 we decide to buy and planning to take to the dry cleaners what a surprise this man seen that my daughter really wants the dress and decide to increase the price to 879 without the crinoline the thing you used to increase the volume of the dress wow , I have a video where I can prove the amount he requested at the beginning and how he changed ... we left and also decided to pay more but for something new then my daughter became sad because she really wanted that dress so we got back and bought it for 900 dollars . I will like to report him if you read this don't buy at this store go to the one beside or others but not there , after that my daughter saw a same situation with other girl and her dress , so I believe he's it doing frequently DO NOT BUY HERE AT VALENCIA STORE IN HARWIN HOUSTON TEXAS !!! She also wanted a crown that he's selling for 90 dollars plus tax and we found the same for 21 dollars . I lived in Houston before and that street Harwin is recognized for the good prices we know everything is expensive now but is just when you buy something new , no matter the dress was tried on by other clients and later we found out it had a bad smell he puts in a black garbage bag nothing like the others stores they try to make customers happy and find the way to help you and give you the dress in a...

Extremely rude staff! Don't waste your time going here. I'm shopping for an evening gown for an upcoming pageant so I decided to check this place out. I walked in and the lady who greeted me ( I used the word greeted very lightly) seemed like she was bothered by my presence. I asked her about a dress on the mannequin and she looked me up and down and said "that's not going to fit over your hips" I tried it on anyway and it did in fact fit over my hips. She proceed to follow me around the store telling me that dresses weren't going to fit me. I asked the owner if there was a try on limit to whi h he said "we'll see" but when i was walked to my dressing room the associate said i could only try on 4. When I was in the mirror another employee came over an said that a dress that I selected was too small and wouldn't be able to try it on and that if I were to try it on then I would need to pay for the damages. The sales associate then had the nerve to tell me that "the owner was "the judge for most pageants" and he could "give me some direction" I've been competing for nearly 2 decades. I know what im doing. Clearly they don't want anyone...

After a couple of months looking for the perfect prom dress for my daughter, we decided to drive out to Harwin & give these stores a try. We hit up a few stores, but nothing stood out saying THIS IS THE DRESS. On our way out we decided to stop at Viranski, so GLAD we did ! Within 10 mins of walking into the store WE both saw her dress & knew immediately IT WAS THE ONE ! The staff is super friendly & very accommodating. They are a little pricey, but Karim (which I'm almost sure is the owner) will definitely work with you ! Karim was also super cool & very accommodating !!

My only complaint is your NOT ALLOWED to take pics of anything in the store (even if it's on a mannequin). I was able to sneak a few pics in (only to send to my husband) but even then I was told no pics allowed. TBH it's kind of disappointing bc you can't really get a feel of what they carry. The only reason we drove out to Harwin from Pearland was bc of their competitors in the area who do post pics of their dresses. I still give them 5 stars BC customer service was excellent & my daughter & I are really happy with her dress...
