I literally just left. It is 11:30 at night. Wendy's need to shut the whole damn franchise down. Idc, idc, this has got to be literally the 4th Wendy's from Broadway to Main street, to Shadow Creek, to this dusty, no customer service having, scrap food giving, fake late night fast food establishment on Fuqua, that has just been piss poor! Period. The food at this establishment isn't even sub-par. I pulled up and asked for the pretzel baconator meal! This is a $12+ meal. I ask to substitute the fries. That was a no-go. Apparently, they don't do that anymore. Ok, cool! I'm grown and aware that things change. When I get to the window and get the food. Something says check your food. I normally drive off. I have to say this because this Wendy's chain. Every single one of them have missed items in the past, whether it's the frosty books, drinks, hell, my kids haven't even gotten the correct amount of nuggets, it's been so horrible. BUT TUHDAY, I stopped within feet of the window and checked the food. When I opened the sandwich, it was abnormally lopsided and felt a bit smashed. Took the top bun off it was mayonnaise thick as hell, sitting under what looked like greasy crumbled old bacon. The only thing that was warm was the patty. I sifted thru the bacon only to find a piece of potato..cold potato inside the mayonnaise. I pulled my car back quickly. Had the sandwich wide open and said," There is a cold potato on my sandwich." Did they remake this sandwich? NOOOOOOOOOO TOOK POTENTIALLY THE SAME BUN SCRAPED IT ADDED MORE MAYO KETCHUP AND THE SAME DAMN GREASY BACON!! @WENDYS every supervisor, manager, owner, chain manager, and franchise owner needs to throw their whole restaurant in the trash if you will continue to serve this garbage and hire ppl who give ZERO about quality and customer satisfaction. I can speak on any person's behalf that has ever WASTED money eating at Wendy's when I say, "YOU DONT HAVE TO LIKE ME HOWEVER, SMILE AND MAKE the FOOD FRESH AND CORRECT! This is the damn job! I used to work at Wendy's on the east coast as a teenager, and we did our damn job, period! This is not too much to ask. This is embarrassing as hell as an ex employee, and surely now, as a mom who did feed her kids this crap. Enough is enough for all the money spent here in a lifetime. BE ASHAMED! This deserves a call to corporate and a public smash on social media. Every Wendy's establishment I mentioned above, and this isn't sideways I've met manager from at least two have told me horror stories about those exact stores. I still spared them and didn't say a thing even after all I've lost. My mission even doing these reviews is for guidance to the ppl who care enough about where they spend their money. Who wants to report a bad review without feeling bad or giving another chance? Really!? The chances have been squandered and abused. It is very rare that our mobile order is ready in a timely manner and fulfilled correctly. This evening was much of the same; we ordered through the app, drove to the location, indicated at the speaker that we had a mobile ordered, asked to pull up to the window, then at the window asked to park in one of the mobile order spots. One vehicle was there waiting when I arrived, but I watched 4 additional vehicles pull up to the window and drive away. I sat in the spot for 15+ minutes before going inside to see 2 people at the counter working on signs and 1 packing our order. The older lady then started working on my drinks while acting rushed. Where was that since of urgency without me needing to walk inside the restaurant? The fact that the restaurant was completely devoid of customers made the matter even more frustrating.    Read moreI experienced poor customer service during my recent visit. I ordered two #1 burger combos single with no onions, but both came with onions. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, one of them simply opened the burger, removed the onions, and acted as if that was acceptable. It's unacceptable to have that kind of attitude in a service role. It's not my fault the order wasnât prepared correctly. Additionally, when I received the corrected order, it was poorly assembled and had an unexpected spice that I didn't ask for. This level of service is disappointing and needs to be addressed. you know everyoneâs fear when you return food to be made correctly is that they do something to it yes, this is the place that they do it.
