Ordered my food online, went inside and the girl was already trying to close up. Wasn’t friendly at all about my presence neither. I told her I placed a mobile order and she rolled her eyes and obviously upset about it. She started making my sandwiches and said that they didn’t have the chicken for my sandwich. I asked her what they had available and she slammed her hand on the counter and rolled her eyes and told me what they had. So obviously I had to compromise and then did. Then w an attitude she tells me she’s out of meatballs as well for the other sandwich. Again, very bothered she told me my options. I had to compromise again. I honestly wanted a refund, but when you order online and have already PAID for your meal, it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to get your money back and employees can never help you. I went and sat down, and the girl fixing my sandwiches was talking to her coworker. I guess she didn’t realize that I too understand Spanish and was FREELY being extremely vulgar. She was very upset that I was there because they close at 10. I placed my order at 9:20. I walked in at 9:30 because the app said my order will be ready by 9:35, which is the time she started preparing my order. She was the light skin Hispanic girl w freckles. The other girl didn’t say anything bad, she was just listening to her rant on about how she’s going to close the store and lock the doors soon as I walk out. That she doesn’t understand why idiots like me would come in at this time. Then she paused and I’m sure she realized I understood what she said. I usually speak up for myself, but I decided to think rationally and made a review instead. I’ll also be calling in the morning when the store opens. This is not how you treat your paying customers. Also, I get that the store closes at 10. But I got there in ample time. If the store plans to close at a certain time before the time shown on the door, then I feel like that should be posted on the door. I was very dissatisfied w the service, obviously w my food as well. Besides them not having the main items for my sandwiches she did not follow any of the instructions of the toppings I wanted. I was extremely nice and accommodating. I still took the sandwiches and gave them away to the homeless since it’s not what I ordered or wanted. Subway needs to do better and not have children running their store. Also, teach your employee how to wait for the customer to leave before speaking bad about them in front of them. Crazy, being mad at someone who helps keep the store open(me as a paying customer). Then still have the audacity to be upset when she wanted to treat me the way she did and on top of that not having the main items to make...
Read moreWe come here every now and then and customer service is always subpar but the sandwiches are fine and its close by. Today though, omg, I can't even comprehend what happened. We get to the counter and tell the young man we wanted the sub of the day. He looks around and can't figure out which one it is. We say, it's tuesday.....oven roasted chicken. He says oh i think its meatball. We say the sign in your window shows ORC. He looks confused and says ok that's fine. He gets to the second sandwich and we say chicken bacon ranch. He looks like he saw a ghost and just freezes. He has no clue what the sandwich is. We just begin laughing and say it's chicken, bacon and ranch. He asked okay what meat do you want....uumm, the chicken from the CBR. He tells us he doesn't know which chicken that is. Good Lord! So we point and say what's this one, he says I honestly don't know. We laugh again and ask about another one, he tells us honestly man I really dont know what any of them are. I can't believe my ears at this point. Some lady comes out and takes ours sandwiches to the next station and finished it. She charged us wrong and had a bad attitude. I'm dumbfounded by...
Read moreApologies about my previous negative review; that was meant for another location. I've never had a bad experience here. This place was a lifesaver tonight, since it was getting late and I hadn't eaten dinner, and found that this place stayed open until 11. My sincerest thanks to this location for that. The 2 employees must've been talking about something important when I walked in, as I waited almost a minute until getting served. Anyway, the good management at this establishment must've made sure at least 1 of the workers working was experienced, which helped to speed the line along a lot. I was helped by the less-experienced/clumsy/slow one, who more than made up for it with her courtesy and competence. She even asked if I'd like a drink or cookie with my meal, of which I accepted the former. I've seen Subways with friendlier/faster service, but the place was clean, and suffered no bad attitudes from the workers. My only complaint is that the restroom was locked behind a keypad. Not a bad Subway...
