I placed and paid for an order online this morning for 7 pizzas to be ready for pick-up at 1:45pm - 1:50pm for a class party. When I arrived and gave the lady working the front counter my name, she told me I had to wait because there was someone ahead of me. I told her that I placed the order online and requested that they be ready at 1:45. She rudely stated, "Ma'am, please!" and proceeded to walk away. After I repeated that I requested the pizzas to be ready for pick-up at 1:45, she walked away and began removing labels from pizza boxes sitting on the back counter and brought them up to the front counter. She dropped the pizzas down on the counter and said, "Here's your order," and walked away. When I arrived at the school for the party, half of the pizzas were not edible. They were cold, hard, and burned. That was $50 down the drain, and my students were not able to have what I paid for. It's unfortunate that customers have to deal with these types of issues due to staff members not knowing how to do their job, prioritize, prepare, and delegate. I would have gone back to request a refund, but she was the person in charge, and she lacked customer service. The labels on the boxes did not have my name, which confirms she gave me an old order or something that was just sitting there. I will never go back there, and I will not recommend any colleagues to purchase...
   Read moreWorst experience ever. Places an order at 6:30 online through their app. Estimated pickup was 6:47. Went to the store to pick up at 7:15 because I know they always take forever. Upon entering, Iâm greeted with 20+ customers who are upset because none of their orders are ready. 1 guy placed his order online 2 hours ago and still doesnât have his order ready. They did not give any updated time on when anyoneâs order would be ready. Nor did they give any sort of apology. After a few a few minutes, there was no one at the counter so customers got frustrated. After not being able to reach anyone, I went behind the counter out of frustration(with a mask of course) and asked if we could all get some service. Just needed someone at the counter. The employee I spoke to showed no empathy and immediately threatened the call the police because I went back there. Iâm not a bad person, so I went back to the front, hoping we would get some service or atleast someone to talk to. Turns out the manager(who also shows no empathy) forces me to get a refund. I told him I didnât want a refund, I wanted service. He says ânope, youâre getting a refundâ. Never going to this location again. Worst experience Iâve ever...
   Read moreWorst Little Caesars I've been to. Went through the drive thru and told me to come back in 20 minutes. I came back and when I went in no one was in the front, they were in the back tending to the drive thru and there were plenty of people complaining and calling someone to come to the front. Most of us were waiting for pizzas that we had already paid for. When someone did come to the front it wasn't to tend to us, it was her friend that came in to get some food and gave the friend the food and still completely ignored all of us and when we said something to her about who will be taking care of us in the front she said she is busy and she will get to us when she is done. Mind you we all can see the pizzas ready in the warmer.... When she finally asked us for names of the orders, it was the same pizzas that were already sitting in the warmer the whole time. I could've just went back there and grabbed my own pizzas and saved me 30 minutes... đ Then she had the audacity to say she needed to help the drive thru because it was busy... I said to her that I am part of the drive thru and you guys didn't have any pizzas ready... She just giggled and went to the back again... Worst...
