Got two biggie bags, each with strawberry lemonade. .60Âą charge for the lemonade. Thatâs fine. Go up to pay, wait 20+ minutes for the food and say thank you. Take a first sip of my drink and itâs pure water with some strawberry thrown in. I havenât left the lot so I turn around and park and get down. I tell the lady up front the situation. She offers to give me two new cups so I could get fountain drinks. Thatâs fine. I get cherry coke and sprite. I remember the upcharge on the lemonades. I go back and ask for a refund and she goes to talk to the manager/team lead. She comes back with the $1.20 and I say thank you. As Iâm leaving the manager she had gone to talk to calls for me. I go back to him thinking maybe he wants to apologize. No, he just takes my two fountain drinks from my hand, turns around and goes back to work. I wait for a couple of minutes. Finally, I ask the lady up front if the lemonade is being remade. She says she doesnât know. She goes and talks to the manager and he starts throwing his hands in the air, like as if Iâm the one being irrational. A few minutes later she comes back with the same two drinks.    Read moreWent there for a late night snack ordered chilli and fries got to the window and realized I didn't ask for them to be fresh so I asked at the window the lady didn't respond she then went on talking to other employees as I'm saying ma'am she's just basically trying to tap my payment and paying me no attention so after a minute or so she looks at me finally and I say did you hear me she removes her airpod and says huh I said did you hear me she said what did you say I repeated for the 5th time can I have fresh fries she said oh yeah there making them I said oh okay just wasn't sure if you heard me waited another 2-3 minutes for my order and I was trying to ask for sauce and condiments she handed me the bag and within seconds walked away opened my bag with my "fresh fries" if I tell you not one of those fries were fresh they were all hard and old and it's even more upsetting that they had me waiting like they was really making something save your money time and energy because they don't care here obviously if it's not about talking and listening to music also whatever she was listening was clearly on Max because I could hear music coming from the headphones as I tried to pay as well as the fact that I was literally in front of her waving my hand saying hello and no reaction...
   Read moreBy far the worst experience. Drive through line was long so we went inside to order. It took them 10 min to take our order. The cashier did not even acknowledge us. We were obviously ready since after taking the guestâs order in front of us and he still wants to ask after 10 min if we were ready. No apologies. I had to ask for my drink cups. No ice, soda machine was flat but I was fed up by now. The person behind us got their order before us and they had burgers. I got up and when I got there I heard they said no do this one now. Why? Because we were before them and they were barely getting our food. We went to the car because I didnât not want to be in that place. I was nice to not get a refund and just go somewhere else. Note that all the 8 cars in the drive through were gone plus any more that came after. Ridiculous! We are in the car just to find out that they gave us 3 tenders instead of 4. I was beyond upset. I went inside to tel them how horrible their service was and how ridiculous it was. The manager was there as well. They ATLEAST gave us 4 more tenders but I couldnât eat my food after that.
