After coming to this specific location over the many many years, it's much worse than my first dining experience then ever--:how management still hasn't combated the ongoing issue with the homeless or less fortunate (knowingly targeting with intent)in the drive-thru line BEFORE you even get a chance to order...and I too feel compassion towards anyone and life is hard, unfair and cruel. The young man at the window advised us that--"THIS IS NORMAL" and as a believer in Christ Jesus...this is unacceptable and this is NOT of God's natural order but I asked God to save and help people who really want and desire His help and by faith my heart goes out to anyone is need. But perhaps there's nothing that can be done by management but we felt violated, uncomfortable and extreme unsafe only because it was an before the work day began and who expects a stranger to show up out of nowhere standing before the drive-thru line....and yes who hasn't noticed the huge increase over the past decade or lingerof the people's misfortune. Still realizing why I still don't come here because of the homeless situation and unfortunately it's bad for business and management has not gotten better at this; knowing they are losing customers and I strongly believe they don't have a right to intentionally infringe on a person's heartstrings and privacy🙏💓

Read moreLiterally just left from ordering in the drive thru at 4:51am. You would think the manager is the model employee you know to create the standard of giving customer service. Oh no not at this location. When I pulled up to the monitor to place my order, NOTHING! So I say hello, I immediately get an aggressive response saying, "Yeah what do you want?" Wow! So I say what I want and then he ask, " Whats ya drank?" I replied and said sir I only want the entree. I pull up to the window he scans my phone so that I can redeem my points. He leaves and comes back with my order, it's kinda slung at me I then look inside just the sandwich no napkins didn't even ask if I want any condiments like that usually do. So tap my horn and ask for napkins at this point he is just aggravated so when he finally gives me the napkins I ask if he's the manager he told me yes. So I ask for his name he says it's on the receipt and I told him he didn't give me a receipt nor is the order tag on my bag so he tells me to look in the app so I said ok I'll be reporting you.
