We had RX Catering cater for our corporate event for the first time. Everyone was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We got the pot roast that was tender, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. The side dishes and dessert trays were great as well esp the mashed potatoes! We also ordered the veggie stir fry for our vegetarian employees and they loved it. Even those who were not vegetarians took a good helping of it. Everything tasted amazing! At crunch time, we found that we had to use our own pans and burners to keep the food warm.
