Black people be ware! I wouldn't even give this place one star! Yesterday, I was shopping around for an outfit from Target to Macy's and than my sister told me about fashion house on Cullen so I decided to go check this place out and support the hood. I was profiled as soon as I walked in for wearing a hoodie! Two black security guys one in the front and one in the back that stared me down like they were ready to beat me! They told me to take my hoodie off and I said no then asked to speak to the manager. The manager took too long so I decided not to spend a penny in that store and left. No other legitimate business in Houston, Texas area where I shopped asked me to remove my hoodie and I shop a lot from store to store. I'm educated with two bachelors degrees and it's disgusting to go in a place especially the "hood" to shop and get profiled this way. I guess wearing hats, hijabs, and/or scarfs on your head are also prohibited.... ridiculous! We as black people should not support businesses that discriminate...

I also bought new shoes that had scuff marks once I officially unboxed them and ended up having to wear another pair that wasn’t originally planned on being worn. Being that I understand they have a no refund or exchange policy I understood there wasn’t much that I could do about the shoes because I should’ve taken the time to examine them properly before walking off. On the other hand with the purse. There should’ve been no reason as to why it broke the way that it did. Read morePoor customer service. I purchased boots on sale & once I got home I noticed a stain on the synthetic suede. I called to let the sales person know & she told me to drive back to the store and bring the boot as if the boot would be exchanged or as if a resolution awaited there. Once I made it to the store and showed the owner the boot that I just purchased the previous day he told me that there's nothing he can do. Yes he had another size in the same color that he could have replaced my boot with however he refused to offer any compensation or exchange and made no attempt to rectify the situation.
