The employees here are so unpleasant. I don’t eat meat so I always make sure to ask what ingredients are in something. I asked what was in the cheesy Gordita crunch and was told a hard taco inside of the soft taco with 3 kinds of cheese, a chipotle sauce, lettuce, and shredded cheese on top. The employee never said it had beef or any other meat product. I ordered it and saw the meat in it when I got home. I called to explain the situation and the lady that answered gave me a huge attitude and was telling me it was my fault because I should just assume it has meat in it if it doesn’t say “bean” somewhere in the title, so I asked “so then does the cheesy roll up come with beef or beans?” and she said “no but it’s inferred that it’s just cheese from the title.” I said “sooo it should be inferred that the CHEESy Gordita crunch only has cheese??” and then she huffed and finally asked me if I wanted to get it replaced with beans instead. I understand accidents happen so I wasn’t going to be fully upset about not being told it had meat in it, although employees should, at the very least, be trained enough to list the MAIN ingredient in an item; but the woman (that never told me her name) was so unprofessional and refusing to accept blame, when they almost poisoned ME after I went out of my way to ask what all was inside the item. Seriously shameful. Afterward I went back to get it replaced and the man in the drive through that took my order initially was really cold towards me as well, as if I deserved to be treated like sh*t because I didn’t want to eat a dead, rotting animal’s flesh and go to the ER because meat makes me extremely ill. Customer service here is horrible and employees definitely need to be re-trained (they probably weren’t even trained properly in the first place knowing how understaffed and hectic fast food restaurants are at any given time.)

If I could ever give a location and it’s employees a zero; this would be the time! Little Miss flamboyant that was at the drive thru window NEEDS not to be telling customers to move when they are checking their order! My picture is the reason why my daughter was checking her order! Tacos come to you wrapped up all broken; having more of my Frozen drink on the outside of my cup; than it was on the inside of the cup! We asked for napkins and you had an attitude giving us napkins to do your job! You are not at home, in your neighborhood or hanging out with your homies; you are at your place of employment! That means someone had enough Belief in you; to give you a place of employment; and you demonstrate the reasons why I would’ve never employed you at my business!!! And you want to get sassy with customers! You are going to get sassy with the wrong customer and I promise you; that you will never get sassy again!!! Just keep it up sweetheart! You and your female colleague both need to be fired because you are a liability to the business because you two are definitely not an asset to Taco Bell!!!

I was greeted upon entering. The young lady who greeted me promoted using their kiosk to order. I had planned on using it to check the menu items, but I went ahead and ordered on it as well. I ended up ordering the Power Menu Bowl off of the power menu and a spicy potato soft taco off of the value menu. I always enjoy the potato taco, but I was a little disappointed with the portion size of the power bowl. It was nothing like the picture on the menu, but that's not shocking. Despite this, I enjoyed the bowl. The young lady who greeted me stopped by and asked me how the bowl was since it was my first time trying it. I told her it was smaller than expected and she understood. She did recommended the taco bowl for the next time as it would probably be more satisfying. Overall, it was a great visit. The only reason I didn't give a five star was due to the portion size of the bowl. I have attached photos from the website. Forgot to take actual pictures of my food.

I hope this review is not in vain because this store needs attention now. The service was very bad, the smell in the store was very unpleasant in the bathrooms, there was no soap, my order was completely cold, cold, not naturally cold, cold from the refrigerator. I ordered 2 chalupas and a crispitaco. Macroway I wanted to eat the food in the car quietly with my husband And I had to go home to be able to heat the food And they didn't give me a napkin either. The attention of the person who is inside at the checkout, receiving very bad attention from the customers, the people at there the workers themselves don't say welcome they don't say hello they don't say thank you they don't say anything at all speak because you ask them something And they answer you reluctantly I asked for the door code for my husband And he gave it to me reluctantly I asked him for the code for the women's door And he gave it to me reluctantly, he even told me it was the same one that I already gave him And he didn't want to repeat it to me again, the tension was very bad, they are contemptuous people, they look at you in a bad way, they don't even tell you Thank you for visiting me, for me it is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to And I will never go again I hope that the owners take their time to read comments And realize that their store is a chaos And it is going down because little by little they will go Losing clients for me was a theft of my...

Horrible service!!!! This location is the most ratchet of ratchetness..my food is either wrong or cold..the workers congregate in the parking lot with friends on duty leaving customers waiting in the lobby. They curse and loud talk each other infront of customers. They lock there door during business hours which is against Osha regulations. Yesterday i went there for the last time when I tried to enter the restuarant to be told there closed, To my surprise because it was 3 in the afternoon. Only to be highly disappointed when speaking to the stores regional manager who gave me the name "BG" not a real name like a real professional! "BG" said the lobby is closed. I said the sign says the lobby closes at 10 and there are other people in the store. He says there not people, there children. I guess children arent humans! Then he proceed to tell me to go to the drive thru. I explained we crossed the street from our hotel and didnt drive..he told us to walk thru the drive thru and closed the door in our face. How rude can you be??? I wish I can get my hands on the information of the owner to let them know just how their establishment is being ran. The assistant manager is the only one there with sense of customer service. Maybe its time for someone more qualified to take the infamous BG place and run that business with respect and...
