I've tried many different tacos and foods in Mexico and I think the flavor of the food itself here is great and with a lot of variety. Huarache was a good size too similar to the ones in Mexico. Location is awkward as obviously it's right in the hood in 3rd Ward and you will be ordering food in front of homeless, but it's passable.
However, the salsa bags and portions could be improved exponentially. In Mexico the little bags of salsa are much bigger and aren't super tight. I found myself wanting more limes than what I was given initially so I'll have to ask for more. I think it would be better to not wrap the bags so tight so the salsa doesn't come bursting out when you try to poke it. Then add maybe a homemade salsa verde without Crema in a slightly bigger bag or cup that's not wrapped super tight.
