Whataburger — Restaurant in Texas

I understand that they just opened, but if your staff isn't ready, then maybe opening should have been delayed until everyone could be better trained. The first day my husband and I went they messed up his order a bit, my fries were obviously old and cold, and the gravy that came with the chicken was soooo watery. But we were giving them the benefit if the doubt. Second time we went, got my husband's order wrong again, and while my fries where fresh this time, somehow the gravy was even worse, this time it had the exact same consistency of water and no flavor, was just literally white water. We were so excited to have a whataburger so close to us, and unless they can train their staff better, we won't be coming back to this...

I know it recently opened, but they are a mess. It was very obvious that I wasn't the only one who had issues. I went through the drive thru and ordered a #1 w/cheese, onion rings, and a medium diet coke. I got to the window and got the diet coke and onion rings. I told them they forgot the burger. They took the bag of onion rings back and asked me to pull up and they'd bring it right out. They brought it out 1 minute later. I was happy. Until I got back to work and notice they obviously grabbed someone else's order with cold limp fries and a cold soggy double meat burger with brown lettuce. Tried the new whataburger for the first time this morning (4am). Waited in the drive thru line for at least 15 mins (which we were ok with, it being a new location, new employees, etc..) get to the window and the employee who took our order was at the window with an attitude of he hates his job lol. Received our drinks and waited another maybe at least 5 mins to get our food. When we did our food was COMPLETELY wrong.
