Joey's is awesome! I got a MASSIVE calzone (and it was a "medium") for 9.99 with tons of fillings: chicken, pepperoni, green peppers, onions, mushrooms. There's cheese inside and also a nice layer on top, which was a fun surprise. It was like eating pizza with an underground layer of toppings. Also got the fried zucchini appetizer and it was excellent. Incredibly fast, fun small town atmosphere, and fantastic service. The waitress left the pot of coffee at the table, which is instant good tips in my book. Joey himself is out there bringing lots of dishes from the kitchen to tables, and seems like a real nice guy. Definitely check it out. I hear it can be busy in the evening to the point of waiting a few minutes for a table; I was there around 3 p.m. on a Sunday and it was not empty but plenty of tables...
Read moreWe order here all the time. Got home and the order was wrong. 1/2 dozen wings instead of a full dozen. Called and they said I’d have to pay for the other half dozen….uhh okay, I had no problem paying for it the first time I ordered it. On top of the fact I left a ten dollar tip on a pick up order. I Got there and basically get told it’s my fault because she read the order back. She did…and it was a full dozen. I get it. Mistakes happen but don’t sit there and try to twist it around back on me. Horrid customer service when it comes to just a simple apology. I had no problem paying for it but at least a straightforward sorry for having to drive there twice would’ve been nice. Not being gaslit into it...
Read moreOverpriced, bland food. Conveyor belt pizza, and Bilby’s. Mediocre small wings, any veggie not deep fried is rubbery. Doubting the pasta is fresh made as well. The service is horrible. You will wait. And wait. And wait. Even if there is only one or two other people in the ‘bar’, you will be ignored. The staff prefers to congregate to the local that’s there everyday, blindly ignoring you. The hours are never correct. The spoiled brat that runs it opens when he wants, and that’s it. No sense of community for a town with 3 restaurants. Napoleon complex Mama’s boy is a big deal. He will tell you.
Snappys is less than a minute away and has better food, service, attitude,...
