And the All STUDENT staff isn't yaya fun. It's their way of saying, TOTALLY AMATEUR, GENERALLY INCOMPETENT! AN OWNER TO CHEAP TOO HAVE A MANAGER

We had to wait 30 minutes just to get to place order. At 40 minutes my kids were crying, the cashier was clueless, had no idea how long it would take, and we had to get a refund and leave.

Yeah, what great kid fun to have an all-student staff who leave your children hungry, frustrated, and then in tears.

In 45 years I've never left a restaurant before, never asked for a refund, and never had more than 10 minutes between arrival and getting food at a fast food restaurant. 30 minutes is way too long for a sit-down-get-waited-on restaurant.

Slow service. A very confused crew, and this is based on several visits. Food barely warm when you receive it. By confused I am referring to the amount of times I was handed someone else's order. The GM is friendly as well as the crew but training appears almost non existent. Food and service has been much better over the past couple of months since about April 2018. A pleasant place to eat.

Came here with my daughter. We both ordered a Blizzard. When they brought them out, they flipped hers upside down like they typically do with Blizzards to show the thick consistency. With mine they intentionally did not flip it upside down because it had the consistency of soup. When I made a remark about it, the girl told me she wasn't the one who made it.
