They do not serve margaritas but once their get their license they will be serving beer.

They do not offer chips and salsa, rather chicharonnes con cueritos. They were very light and a nice appetizer. We were told to add Valentina Hot Sauce to it, which was a nice accompaniment to them.

Steak Taco: Flavor: 2.5 Fullness: 5 Appearance: 3

The meat unfortunately was very very bland. There were a few hard gristly pieces as well.

Chicken Taco: Flavor: 2 Fullness: 4 Appearance: 4

The chicken was chunked chicken, which is always a win. The chicken unfortunately was also extremely bland. However it was juicy.

Quesabirria: Flavor: 3 Fullness: 4 Appearance: 2

The meat was very bland and it didn’t look like a Quesabirria.

The Quesabirria consomé was FANTASTIC though. It was so flavorful. We ended up using it for the tacos to help give them flavor.

Taquitos Dorados: Flavor: 1 Fullness: 2 Appearance: 4

They looked like they were going to be so good. The chicken was so overcooked and dry, it was like eating hay. It seemed that the taquitos had been previously cooked and then refried when ordered.

Great addition to the Mexican food offerings in the Green Bay area. Hidden away in a strip mall off Velp Avenue this humble establishment deserves a try. El Azteca set the standard in the area decades ago but remains the same, El Sarape made things interesting but has done a fast fade and Los Banditos remains a gateway drug.

Las Maracas is like walking is like walking into a Mexican home and and being served a favorite meal. Has all the look and feel of a family run restaurant with a menu full of items I was unfamiliar with along with comfortable standards.

The chips could use improvement but everything else is unique to my palate and yummy.

A very good place to eat Real Mexican Food I recommend this place. The only bad thing I had here was that I went during the week and I got a waitress that I hadn't looked at. Very kind she according to and when she turned around she twisted heart eyes my daughter looked at her and told me that it was because I interrupted her when she was on her phone. What an ugly way of hers. I'd better keep coming here on on weekends because the other two waitresses one white and the a brunette, attend very good. This one who attended me in the week is another brunette that I hadn't looked at but what an ugly mood she has and all the time on...
