Arby's — Restaurant in Howell Township

We went to Arby’s for dinner right and first of all the guy who was serving us his name was Gregory yes I am calling you out Gregory and he goes after I tell him what I want Do you want to medium or large and I go what do you mean? Do you want a medium or large and I go for what he sat there and just stared at me saying nothing then he goes do you want this for here or to go and then goes oh never mind everything is closed right now because we close the lobby down at 6 o’clock what I was very confused it says it doesn’t close until 10 and it says the lobby seating area doesn’t close until 10 and they have a sign to confirm that the lobby sitting eating area does not close until 10 on the door with the drive-through and the front door was locked and we couldn’t get in but I looked at the time and it said that it was open until 10 and then as we were struggling to open the door for girls clearly trying to get in so they can eat because we’ve been dancing all day like the hungriest beast you’ve ever seen they just sit there and stare at us and I’m like boy if you want me to pay you for this food you better let me in luckily there was an elderly couple leaving that let us in to get food and that’s when I was suspicious thinking maybe they’re closing down for the night but I was confused because it was 6 o’clock At night and so therefore it’s dinner time so also one of the first things I noticed when I walked in was half of the tables were dirty and there’s still food and like three tables it was nasty it was the dirtiest place I’ve like ever seen and I was scared to have be having my food made there but back to when we were done ordering our food Gregory went back with his coworkers And said I am going to shoot myself because of how many things they ordered and we had a big group of people but that’s your job so if you don’t want to work in a place where people are going to order food don’t work there you should really fire Gregory like we weren’t that many we have like four people eight people but three out of the eight people were ordering togethe and said I am going to shoot myself because of how many things they ordered and we had a big group of people so that’s your job so if you don’t want to work in a place where people are going to order food don’t work there you should really fire Gregory like we want that many we have like four people eight people but five out of the eight people were ordering together and some of us just got stuff like mozzarella sticks and chicken nuggets so it’s not like you have to do much except scoop them into a cup and give it to us so and it’s not like we had crazy things like my friends ordered milkshakes and almost every girl got the milkshake order wrong and the floors were sticky like I could barely walk on them they were so sticky like I was sticking so hard to the floor and it took a a long time to get our food half the time the workers were talking behind the counter when only one person was making the food obviously they need to be trained a little better also they didn’t give us any napkins and my food looked disgusting I found a hair in it and it was not mine so yeah my sandwich was literally a couple soggy pieces of bread on top of really limp wet meat and the roast beef was unrecognizable it looked more like turkey or a uncooked chicken breast with the tiniest bit of sauce and it was also cold if you were to actually make it while we were there it would be warmer like that’s not right please someone take care of those I don’t know if this was a random fluke but we had terrible service this is...

The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because when you actually can get what you order, it's usually good. My wife and I have eaten at this location many times. For the past several months we've ordered with doordash or uber eats (wife orders, forget which app she uses). Every single time there is something missing. This is something we wrote off, you know, there's several people between us and the food-stuff happens. One thing specifically, is marinara sauce. Never, not one time (and I order it every time and put the additional note) have I gotten the marinara sauce with the mozz sticks. Not one, single, time. Okay, I thought to myself, maybe it's because the drivers need to order it or something (despite the app ordering), so they aren't doing it. Twice now in the past 3 weeks we have gotten Arby's but instead, we pick it up ourselves. The first time, 9pm. We got told they had no fries, and no mozz sticks. The second time, today, at 9pm again-told they don't have the marinara sauce to go with mozz sticks. Honestly, mozz sticks are like the only reason I get Arbys-seems people at this location are maybe just lazy in the evenings? I get it, I mean.. me too, its why we always order. No more $$$...

Went thru the drive they today for lunch. Was asked politely to wait. Once the wait exceeded a few minutes we got ready to leave and the woman came on the speaker. Placed our order then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes before arriving to the window. Food still was not ready. After another few minutes I received 3 bags. My kids meals were both wrong. One of them was missing half her meal in the bag. I checked mine and it was completely wrong. After telling them the order was incorrect she told me to pull up and they would run it out. Waited another 5 minutes and decided to walk inside. They had no idea why I was there. Told them I’d been waiting and was told they shouldn’t have had me pull up. They prepared my bag, I checked it and it was the original wrong order. Spent nearly 30 minutes in a fast food drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. At first I was thinking maybe they are really short staffed but there were plenty of people working. I tend to frequent Arbys but never this location....
