EDIT: The owner reached out to us to fix the issue, we were given a full refund. The girl in question was a teenager who will go back through training, this is her first job. So happy with the owner's response and willingness to fix things for us.
we ordered through doordash. almost everything was wrong with the order. we called the store, got put on hold 4 times only to be hung up on after two seconds. we asked to speak to a manager but was told that managers don't work until the weekends. the woman who answered ( 08/29 - at 5:50pm ) was very rude and kept talking over us when we were just trying to let them know whoever is packing the orders isn't doing them correctly and we already sorted our issue with the app ( received a $10 credit on a $75 order ). she told us that they asked our doordash driver if we wanted dressing or salsa for the salads and the driver, whom was a man but the store said it was a woman, said no. that isn't up to the driver, especially when we specifically stated we wanted the dressing on the side and it says so in our receipt. she refused to give her name so we could let the manager know how horrible she was to us, she has terrible customer service and should not be working in this industry. do not order from here, that woman should be fired and we will be calling the manager tomorrow ( 08/30 ) to voice our concerns and complaints.
onto the food, only a burger was made correctly. everything else was either broken or sloppily put together. the taco salads look disgusting, the taco shells were both broken, and the beef is literally gray. the club sandwich had very little mayo on it which... you know, okay i guess i'll take it because everything else about it was fine. but they left the fries, which i paid almost $5 for, behind.
management really needs to step up their game and actually get qualified, friendly people who can handle conflict with grace instead of yelling over the phone and hanging up on...

They thinned it with hot dog water. Nasty. I wouldn't eat it. The manager offered to replace it. What the next day? I came to inform him of the poor practice by his employees. I thought I would try them one last time. I ordered a fried chicken dinner. It's just four small pieces of chicken and the largest serving of mashed potatoes and gravy I have ever been served. It had to be served on two separate plates because of how much mashed potatoes there were. No vegetable. No roll. Nothing except small chicken pieces and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were terrible. They sit out hour after hour and turn rancid. You can taste almost like lemon had been added. But no. There spoiled and they think if they put enough gravy on it the customer won't know their instant mashed potatoes are spoiled. For better quality and inexpensive preparation why can't they take a baked potato and mash it? Better taste. Fresh. I gave them two trys. Never again. Plus, the waitress ran around the room like she was high on speed. She came so fast up to the table I thought she wouldnt stop. She had no cooth at all. She never asked if we wanted anything else, like would I like my apple dumpling ale a mode? When I tried to stop her as she was going by it was impossible. She was more concerned with getting to another table than taking care of what she had and couldnt handle. Tip? She wasn't worth a tip. She'd never work in my resturant. Ordered from Door Dash and was told that our Dasher requested no sauce or sides and that's not how it works [edited to include that our receipt literally says sauce on side, and fries, we didn't receive it]. Furthermore, the woman who worked there at 5:56 PM Eastern (US) on August 29th, 2025, who answered our phone screamed at and berated our mother, who was simply trying to tell her that someone isn't checking orders.

We attempted to call 4 times and they kept hanging up on us, and she refused to give us her name. I will be making a call to the district manager and corporate about this, because this was, quite possibly, the most terrible customer service in my entire life. Like what the hell?
