I’ve gone to this location more times than I can count at ALL hours of the day, but after tonight I’ll be sure to drive out of my way for a different location. Not sure if being understaffed caused for someone less qualified to become manager or people have just really lost all respect when it comes to who should run their business. From the second I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru the female on the other end was RUDE. In the middle of speaking I was interrupted with a “ANYTHING ELSE” with ALL the attitude you could imagine. I apologized for my hestitiation while ordering that caused her to rush my order and I was told to pull to the last window. This is where my empathy for bad days or people who just have that negativity about them when straight out of the window. Upon the “manager” taking my money as if I was bothering her for ordering food for one at a 24 Hour mcdonalds, she never once had manners, nor bothered to return my pocket change or reciept. While I asked for a large fry, I received a small. I also asked for signature sauce with my nuggets and I got NO SAUCE. yes, my experience does get worse. EVERYTHING I received DEFINITELY had previously cooked, thrown into the warmer and RECOOKED while I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. I know this because I myself wasa valuables employee of a McDonald’s for over 3 years. So why I am waiting 15minutes for old, soggy and just plain AWFUL tasting food? Not to mention when I was forcefully handed my bag, the “manager” ignored to have manners still, didn’t speak a word and rolled her eyes when I asked if she had rang in the large coke I had asked for. My only answer was the eye roll. Window closes, I see soda being prepared. This “manager” has the nerve to open the window, STILL not saying anything with her hand out waiting for my to pay a second time for items I should’ve received the first time around. Sure, I could have probably looked at the screen to see the order was understood incorrectly, yet the order wasn’t on the screen when I pulled up. Read moreGot off work at 3am after working a 13 hour shift and was met with impatience and rudeness. I didnt know what I wanted and was tired so I was taking a second to order. I wanted a Grand Mcstream burger and some cheesy bacon fries to which the lady abruptly told me no because they dont serve it after midnight; Odd because I had just ordered the same thing the night before and they happily complied. So I thought nothing of it and said "okay give me a bacon quater add mayo", but then said "scratch that, no mayo, ketchup or mustard and just add mac sauce." The lady rudely said "hold on, you already said add mayo so now I have to change it in the computer." I then replied "I'm sorry I just got off work and I'm tired, worked a 13 hour shift." Her reply to that is what made me leave the drive thru: "Oh I work 13 hours all the time, so what? How do you want your quarter? Because I have OTHER PEOPLE AT MY WINDOW." Absolutely disrespectful! I used to work at McDonald's and I would never treat a PAYING CUSTOMER with the level of disrespect that I was met with even on my WORST day! You're a McDonald's employee, you're entire job is based upon WAITING on people!! And the fact that you cant do that right is sad. I was tired, I was hungry, I was a paying customer, and I was unfairly treated to the point where I no longer felt comfortable getting food. I personally will not be coming to this location ever again and I sincerely hope this makes it to the staff so they can improve upon the quality and friendliness of their midnight employees, I sadly will never know if they did or not because rudeness is one thing I do not tolerate, especially from a fast food restaurant.

Read moreVisited this location shortly after midnight this morning with my mom and kids after a doubleheader and 4 hour commute. We were not greeted at the speaker box. After each item I ordered the associate said to me what else do you want in a rude and condescending tone. When I got to the window I added some cookies because I was rushed at the speaker box. The lady working the window couldn’t manage to add them so another rude inconsiderate associate came over to the register to add the item while giving me and my family a death stare like I had just spit in her mothers face. After they figured that out the first rude inconsiderate associate who couldn’t figure it out said I’d have to wait and it would be awhile. I asked how long we looking at and she replies I don’t know they have to cook. I said ok and she hands us our food and closes the window. She forgets 2 of our drinks. I wait at the window and get the 2 drinks then pull forward. We go through the order and find we are missing an order of fries. When she comes out with the cookies I say we’re missing an order of fries. She says I know I put them in there. I say again we’re missing an order of fries. She says nothing and comes back a minute later with the rest of my order. The customer service was non existent. I was talked down to, rushed and treated like a piece of garbage. We will not be back here and I’ll be sure to let anyone I know to stay far far away from this place.
